【摘要】：隨著工業(yè)化程度不斷提高，環(huán)境污染、噪聲污染不斷加劇，不可避免的也給員工的身體健康帶來(lái)了嚴(yán)重的危害，使員工產(chǎn)生煩悶、暴躁的心里狀態(tài)，降低了員工的工作效率。為了更好的改善廠區(qū)環(huán)境，提高工作效率，本文以工業(yè)廠區(qū)景觀環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)理論為研究基礎(chǔ)，綜合景觀設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)、景觀生態(tài)學(xué)、環(huán)境行為學(xué)、色彩心理學(xué)等理論知識(shí)，運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)綜述法、實(shí)地調(diào)研法、理論分析與實(shí)際案例相結(jié)合等研究方法，借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外工業(yè)廠區(qū)景觀環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，探索有利于員工身心健康的工業(yè)廠區(qū)景觀環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)，本研究以吉林省工業(yè)廠區(qū)景觀環(huán)境存在問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析，結(jié)合國(guó)家在“十八大”報(bào)告中提出大力推進(jìn)生態(tài)文明建設(shè)和可持續(xù)發(fā)展的理念要求，提出工業(yè)廠區(qū)景觀環(huán)境構(gòu)成要素的特色設(shè)計(jì)途徑以及工業(yè)廠區(qū)景觀環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)遵循的原則和對(duì)策。以“吉林省吉通機(jī)械制造有限責(zé)任公司”廠區(qū)景觀環(huán)境改造設(shè)計(jì)為案例進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究，在設(shè)計(jì)中，綜合考慮了環(huán)境對(duì)員工心理、生理的影響，布置了大量蔥郁茂盛的樹木、盆栽、綠化等植物，營(yíng)造一副綠意盎然的景象，通過(guò)合理改善廠區(qū)環(huán)境，以消除員工的焦慮與緊張，使員工身心得到最大限度的放松，以減少緊張工作帶來(lái)的壓力，改善員工的身心健康，還綠色、健康給員工。也希望此研究能夠給同類工業(yè)廠區(qū)改造規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)提供借鑒與參考，，從而促使廠區(qū)景觀環(huán)境不斷發(fā)展與完善。
[Abstract]:With the development of industrialization, environmental pollution and noise pollution are becoming more and more serious, which inevitably bring serious harm to the health of employees, make the employees bored and irritable, and reduce the working efficiency of employees. In order to improve the plant environment and improve the working efficiency, this paper is based on the theory of landscape environment design of industrial plant, and synthesizes the theoretical knowledge of landscape design, landscape ecology, environmental behavior, color psychology and so on. By using the methods of literature review, field investigation, theoretical analysis and practical cases, and drawing lessons from the experience of landscape environment design of industrial factory area at home and abroad, this paper explores the landscape environment design of industrial factory area which is beneficial to the physical and mental health of employees. Based on the analysis of the existing problems of the landscape environment in the industrial factory area of Jilin Province, the paper puts forward the idea of vigorously promoting the construction of ecological civilization and sustainable development according to the report of the 18th National Congress of the people's Congress of Jilin Province. This paper puts forward the characteristic design approach of landscape environment elements in industrial factory area and the principles and countermeasures to be followed in landscape environment design of industrial factory area. Taking "Jilin Jitong Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd." as a case study, the design of landscape environment was studied. In the design, the influence of environment on employees' psychology and physiology was comprehensively considered, and a large number of lush trees were arranged. Potted plants, greening plants, etc., to create a green scene, through the reasonable improvement of the factory environment, in order to eliminate the anxiety and tension of the staff, so that the staff can relax to the maximum extent, so as to reduce the stress brought by the intense work. Improve the physical and mental health of employees, green, healthy to employees. It is also hoped that this study can provide reference and reference for the planning and design of the transformation of similar industrial plants, thus promoting the continuous development and improvement of the landscape environment of the plant.
