【摘要】：針對建設工程項目質量控制過程的隨機變化性,運用核主元分析和貝葉斯推理的方法,建立了工程質量狀態(tài)在線診斷的數(shù)學模型;借鑒現(xiàn)代工業(yè)控制技術與手段,通過實時連續(xù)采集質量信息、提取信息特征、識別特征異常以及估計異常模式,實現(xiàn)了對質量異常狀態(tài)的在線監(jiān)測與模式識別。利用Matlab對某工程實例進行了常態(tài)下的仿真試驗。分析結果表明,該模型不僅可以快速響應突發(fā)性質量異常,而且能夠提前預警累積性質量異常,還能以概率形式診斷出異常狀態(tài)所屬的模式類型。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the randomness of quality control process of construction project, a mathematical model of on-line diagnosis of engineering quality state is established by using kernel principal component analysis and Bayesian reasoning. Based on the modern industrial control technology and means, the on-line monitoring and pattern recognition of the abnormal quality state is realized by collecting the quality information continuously, extracting the information feature, identifying the feature anomaly and estimating the abnormal pattern. The simulation test of a project example under normal condition is carried out by using Matlab. The results show that the model can not only respond to the sudden quality anomalies quickly, but also predict the cumulative quality anomalies in advance, and can diagnose the pattern types of abnormal states in the form of probability.
