古建筑木結(jié)構(gòu)燕尾榫節(jié)點彎矩-轉(zhuǎn)角關(guān)系理論分析

【摘要】:基于燕尾榫節(jié)點受力機理的分析,對燕尾榫節(jié)點的轉(zhuǎn)動彎矩進行了理論分析,推導(dǎo)了燕尾榫節(jié)點彎矩-轉(zhuǎn)角理論計算公式,并與試驗結(jié)果進行了對比分析,理論分析結(jié)果與試驗結(jié)果吻合較好;在計算公式的基礎(chǔ)上,對燕尾榫節(jié)點轉(zhuǎn)動彎矩的影響參數(shù)進行了分析,結(jié)果表明:在一定范圍內(nèi),隨著摩擦系數(shù)的增大,燕尾榫節(jié)點的轉(zhuǎn)動彎矩和初始轉(zhuǎn)動剛度也逐漸增大;當(dāng)摩擦系數(shù)超過0.5時,節(jié)點的初始轉(zhuǎn)動剛度增加幅度逐漸減小;榫頭長度和榫頭的"收乍"角度的增大均能夠提高燕尾榫節(jié)點的轉(zhuǎn)動彎矩以及初始轉(zhuǎn)動剛度;榫頭高度的增大能夠一定程度地提高燕尾榫節(jié)點的轉(zhuǎn)動彎矩,但對節(jié)點的初始轉(zhuǎn)動剛度影響不大。所得結(jié)果可為古建筑木結(jié)構(gòu)的受力分析提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of mechanical mechanism of dovetail joint, the rotational moment of dovetail joint is theoretically analyzed, the formula of moment-angle calculation is derived, and the results are compared with the experimental results. The theoretical analysis results are in good agreement with the experimental results. On the basis of the calculation formula, the influence parameters of rotational moment of dovetail joint are analyzed. The results show that: in a certain range, with the increase of friction coefficient, the rotational moment and initial rotational stiffness of dovetail joint also increase gradually; When the friction coefficient is more than 0.5, the initial rotational stiffness of the joint decreases gradually, and the increase of the tenon length and the "closing" angle of the tenon can improve the moment of rotation and the initial rotational stiffness of the joint. The increase of tenon height can improve the moment of joint rotation to some extent, but it has little effect on the initial rotational stiffness of the joint. The results can provide the basis for the mechanical analysis of the ancient building wood structure.
