【摘要】：目前,使用后評(píng)價(jià)(Post Occupancy Evaluation,簡(jiǎn)稱POE)的研究和應(yīng)用在國(guó)外來(lái)說(shuō)已經(jīng)相對(duì)成熟,但是國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)這方面的研究尚不夠重視和完善。國(guó)內(nèi)有關(guān)POE評(píng)價(jià)的研究大多是針對(duì)住宅、醫(yī)院等建筑單體,而針對(duì)城市公共空間如廣場(chǎng)之類的POE研究較少,且這部分的研究大多是對(duì)案例的定性評(píng)價(jià),對(duì)于POE評(píng)價(jià)的定量化分析以及評(píng)價(jià)方法的應(yīng)用研究不足。本研究從城市整體角度,通過(guò)對(duì)沈陽(yáng)市級(jí)、區(qū)級(jí)、街區(qū)級(jí)廣場(chǎng)POE評(píng)價(jià)的定性與定量化分析研究,得到沈陽(yáng)市廣場(chǎng)POE評(píng)價(jià)的分級(jí)指標(biāo)體系,并通過(guò)Kano分析與POE的集成,決策優(yōu)化順序、進(jìn)而指引沈陽(yáng)市廣場(chǎng)的優(yōu)化改造設(shè)計(jì)。本文以沈陽(yáng)市廣場(chǎng)為研究對(duì)象,從定性定量化分析相結(jié)合以及評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系應(yīng)用的研究角度,運(yùn)用理論分析和實(shí)證研究相結(jié)合、文獻(xiàn)研究、POE調(diào)查分析、數(shù)據(jù)分析等方法,得到POE評(píng)價(jià)方法模型、評(píng)價(jià)因素集、沈陽(yáng)市廣場(chǎng)POE評(píng)價(jià)分級(jí)指標(biāo)體系、沈陽(yáng)市廣場(chǎng)優(yōu)化建議等相關(guān)結(jié)論。論文分成五個(gè)部分。第一部分,研究的緣起。主要介紹論文的選題背景、目的及意義,同時(shí)對(duì)研究對(duì)象進(jìn)行范圍界定,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行整理分析,制定研究框架。第二部分,POE評(píng)價(jià)理論基礎(chǔ)研究及評(píng)價(jià)設(shè)計(jì)。對(duì)POE評(píng)價(jià)的理論基礎(chǔ)、評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、評(píng)價(jià)方法做了基礎(chǔ)性的研究。通過(guò)對(duì)沈陽(yáng)廣場(chǎng)的實(shí)地調(diào)研,發(fā)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)狀存在的普遍性問題,分析使用者的需求因子,確定POE評(píng)價(jià)目標(biāo),進(jìn)而建立具有針對(duì)性的POE評(píng)價(jià)模型,構(gòu)建適用于沈陽(yáng)市廣場(chǎng)的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)集。第三部分,實(shí)證研究及分析。以評(píng)價(jià)方法模型為基礎(chǔ),對(duì)沈陽(yáng)二環(huán)內(nèi)城市廣場(chǎng)進(jìn)行POE評(píng)價(jià)研究,得到不同級(jí)別廣場(chǎng)的滿意度評(píng)價(jià)和使用方式評(píng)價(jià),綜合分析相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)資料總結(jié)現(xiàn)狀的成功與不足。第四部分,POE評(píng)價(jià)定量化分析。在結(jié)合“城市廣場(chǎng)優(yōu)化”這個(gè)命題上,提出Kano模型與POE集成的量化分析方法,通過(guò)Knao分析確定不同級(jí)別廣場(chǎng)的需求強(qiáng)度和需求類型；通過(guò)判斷矩陣求權(quán)重,得到沈陽(yáng)市廣場(chǎng)POE評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。第五部分,結(jié)論章。沈陽(yáng)市廣場(chǎng)POE評(píng)價(jià)的綜合評(píng)定。根據(jù)前文的調(diào)研分析和量化分析,得到沈陽(yáng)市廣場(chǎng)的評(píng)價(jià)得分,按照需求差異和分類提出具有針對(duì)性的沈陽(yáng)市不同級(jí)別廣場(chǎng)的優(yōu)化改進(jìn)內(nèi)容,指引今后廣場(chǎng)的建設(shè)和改造。
[Abstract]:At present, the research and application of post-evaluation (Post Occupancy Evaluation, (POE) has been relatively mature in foreign countries, but the domestic research on this aspect has not been paid enough attention to and improved. Domestic research on POE evaluation is mostly for residential buildings, hospitals and other building monomer, but for urban public space such as square POE research is less, and this part of the research is mostly qualitative evaluation of cases. The quantitative analysis of POE evaluation and the application of evaluation methods are insufficient. From the view of the whole city, through the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the POE evaluation of Shenyang city square, district level and block level, the classification index system of Shenyang square POE evaluation is obtained, and the integration of Kano analysis and POE. Decision-making optimization order, and then guide the optimization of Shenyang Square reconstruction design. This paper takes Shenyang Square as the research object, from the perspective of qualitative and quantitative analysis and the application of evaluation index system, using the combination of theoretical analysis and empirical research, literature research, POE investigation and analysis, data analysis and other methods. The relevant conclusions such as POE evaluation method model, evaluation factor set, POE evaluation grading index system of Shenyang square, optimization suggestions of Shenyang square and so on are obtained. The paper is divided into five parts. The first part, the origin of the study. This paper mainly introduces the background, purpose and significance of the thesis, defines the scope of the research object, analyzes the research progress at home and abroad, and formulates the research framework. The second part, the basic research and evaluation design of POE evaluation theory. The theoretical basis, evaluation criteria and evaluation methods of POE evaluation are studied. Based on the field investigation of Shenyang Square, this paper finds out the universal problems existing in the present situation, analyzes the demand factors of the users, determines the evaluation objectives of the POE, and then establishes a targeted POE evaluation model. Construct the evaluation index set suitable for Shenyang square. The third part, empirical research and analysis. Based on the evaluation method model, the POE evaluation of the city square in the second ring of Shenyang is carried out, and the satisfaction evaluation and usage mode evaluation of the square of different levels are obtained, and the success and deficiency of summarizing the present situation of the relevant data are analyzed synthetically. The fourth part, quantitative analysis of POE evaluation. Based on the proposition of "city square optimization", a quantitative analysis method of integrating Kano model with POE is put forward, and the demand intensity and demand type of square of different levels are determined by Knao analysis. The POE evaluation index system of Shenyang Square is obtained by calculating the weight of the judgment matrix. The fifth part, the conclusion chapter. Comprehensive Evaluation of POE Evaluation in Shenyang Plaza. According to the above research and quantitative analysis, the evaluation score of Shenyang square is obtained. According to the demand difference and classification, the optimization and improvement contents of Shenyang square at different levels are put forward to guide the construction and reconstruction of the square in the future.
