沈陽(yáng)市廣場(chǎng)POE評(píng)價(jià)研究
[Abstract]:At present, the research and application of post-evaluation (Post Occupancy Evaluation, (POE) has been relatively mature in foreign countries, but the domestic research on this aspect has not been paid enough attention to and improved. Domestic research on POE evaluation is mostly for residential buildings, hospitals and other building monomer, but for urban public space such as square POE research is less, and this part of the research is mostly qualitative evaluation of cases. The quantitative analysis of POE evaluation and the application of evaluation methods are insufficient. From the view of the whole city, through the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the POE evaluation of Shenyang city square, district level and block level, the classification index system of Shenyang square POE evaluation is obtained, and the integration of Kano analysis and POE. Decision-making optimization order, and then guide the optimization of Shenyang Square reconstruction design. This paper takes Shenyang Square as the research object, from the perspective of qualitative and quantitative analysis and the application of evaluation index system, using the combination of theoretical analysis and empirical research, literature research, POE investigation and analysis, data analysis and other methods. The relevant conclusions such as POE evaluation method model, evaluation factor set, POE evaluation grading index system of Shenyang square, optimization suggestions of Shenyang square and so on are obtained. The paper is divided into five parts. The first part, the origin of the study. This paper mainly introduces the background, purpose and significance of the thesis, defines the scope of the research object, analyzes the research progress at home and abroad, and formulates the research framework. The second part, the basic research and evaluation design of POE evaluation theory. The theoretical basis, evaluation criteria and evaluation methods of POE evaluation are studied. Based on the field investigation of Shenyang Square, this paper finds out the universal problems existing in the present situation, analyzes the demand factors of the users, determines the evaluation objectives of the POE, and then establishes a targeted POE evaluation model. Construct the evaluation index set suitable for Shenyang square. The third part, empirical research and analysis. Based on the evaluation method model, the POE evaluation of the city square in the second ring of Shenyang is carried out, and the satisfaction evaluation and usage mode evaluation of the square of different levels are obtained, and the success and deficiency of summarizing the present situation of the relevant data are analyzed synthetically. The fourth part, quantitative analysis of POE evaluation. Based on the proposition of "city square optimization", a quantitative analysis method of integrating Kano model with POE is put forward, and the demand intensity and demand type of square of different levels are determined by Knao analysis. The POE evaluation index system of Shenyang Square is obtained by calculating the weight of the judgment matrix. The fifth part, the conclusion chapter. Comprehensive Evaluation of POE Evaluation in Shenyang Plaza. According to the above research and quantitative analysis, the evaluation score of Shenyang square is obtained. According to the demand difference and classification, the optimization and improvement contents of Shenyang square at different levels are put forward to guide the construction and reconstruction of the square in the future.
