超高韌度水泥基復(fù)合材料經(jīng)亞高溫處理后的性能

【摘要】:通過(guò)狗骨試件拉伸試驗(yàn)、數(shù)字圖像影像相關(guān)處理(DIC)和立方體試塊軸壓試驗(yàn),研究了高粉煤灰摻量的超高韌度水泥基復(fù)合材料(ECC)在亞高溫處理后的力學(xué)性能。結(jié)果表明:在不高于200℃的溫度處理后,ECC仍能實(shí)現(xiàn)多裂縫開(kāi)裂,并能有效地控制裂縫的寬度。50、100℃溫度處理明顯提高了ECC的抗拉強(qiáng)度和應(yīng)變能力,200℃時(shí)有所回落,但仍高于常溫水平。DIC法的測(cè)試結(jié)果顯示,各溫度工況下基體在極限拉伸時(shí)的裂縫寬度相近,不同溫度的影響主要體現(xiàn)在裂縫的數(shù)量上。在20、50和100℃時(shí),ECC抗壓強(qiáng)度大小相當(dāng),200℃時(shí)下降19.3%。適當(dāng)?shù)臏囟忍幚砜梢蕴岣逧CC基體的強(qiáng)度并改善纖維與基體的界面性能,從而提高ECC的抗拉性能和應(yīng)變硬化能力。
