無(wú)梁樓蓋式矩形鋼筋混凝土水池的結(jié)構(gòu)受力分析

【摘要】:無(wú)梁樓蓋式矩形混凝土水池是矩形水池結(jié)構(gòu)中具有代表性的結(jié)構(gòu)形式,是給排水工程中主要的蓄水構(gòu)筑物。這種水池體型規(guī)整、便于布置,并且使用的建筑材料相對(duì)較少,是水池結(jié)構(gòu)中的一種非常經(jīng)濟(jì)、合理的結(jié)構(gòu)形式。但在地下水位較高的地區(qū),無(wú)梁樓蓋式水池的底板經(jīng)常被設(shè)計(jì)得比較厚,用來(lái)抵抗地下水的浮力作用,達(dá)到滿足結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定性的目的。針對(duì)無(wú)梁樓蓋水池加厚底板起抗浮作用這個(gè)工程措施,本文運(yùn)用等代框架法的結(jié)構(gòu)計(jì)算方法,探討了池壁、底板的不同厚度組合下水池的內(nèi)力變化。通過(guò)對(duì)比分析了多組不同池壁、底板厚度的無(wú)梁樓蓋水池在相同荷載作用下的結(jié)構(gòu)受力情況,總結(jié)出水池的池壁、底板的厚度變化對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)力的影響作用,提出了用等代框架法分析無(wú)梁樓蓋矩形水池受力時(shí)的限制條件。在得到限制條件的結(jié)論后,總結(jié)了無(wú)梁樓蓋水池抗浮設(shè)計(jì)的四種工程措施,并以某水廠內(nèi)已建成的無(wú)梁樓蓋式矩形水池為工程實(shí)例。在該工程中采用抗拔樁作為水池的抗浮措施。通過(guò)使用等代框架法和有限元計(jì)算軟件分別對(duì)該水池做結(jié)構(gòu)受力分析,將兩種方法的計(jì)算結(jié)果進(jìn)行了對(duì)比,分析出兩種計(jì)算方法產(chǎn)生差異結(jié)果的原因,并以兩種計(jì)算結(jié)果為依據(jù)做出水池的配筋計(jì)算。經(jīng)過(guò)對(duì)水池的詳細(xì)計(jì)算和建設(shè)單位對(duì)水池實(shí)際使用,證明了本工程是安全可靠的。
[Abstract]:The rectangular concrete tank with no beam floor is a typical structure in the rectangular tank structure, and it is the main water storage structure in the water supply and drainage project. This kind of pool is a kind of economical and reasonable structural form because of its regular shape, convenient arrangement and relatively few building materials. However, in areas with high groundwater level, the bottom plate of the unbeam-floor tank is often designed to be thicker, which is used to resist the buoyancy of groundwater and to meet the purpose of structural stability. In view of the engineering measure of anti-floating effect of thickened floor slab in the unbeamless floor water pool, the internal force change of the pool under the combination of different thickness of the wall and floor plate is discussed by using the method of equivalent frame structure calculation in this paper. Through the comparison and analysis of the structural forces under the same load, the influence of the wall of the pool and the thickness of the bottom plate on the internal force of the structure is summarized. In this paper, the equivalent frame method is used to analyze the stress condition of rectangular tank without beam floor. Based on the conclusion of limited conditions, four kinds of engineering measures for anti-floating design of unbeamless floor water pool are summarized, and an example of the rectangular unbeam-floor tank built in a waterworks is given. In this project, the anti-drawing pile is used as the anti-floating measure of the pool. By using the equivalent frame method and the finite element calculation software to analyze the structural force of the tank, the results of the two methods are compared, and the reasons for the difference between the two methods are analyzed. The reinforcement calculation of the pool is made based on the results of two kinds of calculation. It is proved that the project is safe and reliable through the detailed calculation of the pool and the actual use of the pool by the construction unit.
