【摘要】：隨著我國經濟建設的快速發(fā)展以及城鎮(zhèn)化建設的快速實施,建設規(guī)模不斷擴大而對環(huán)境造成巨大的污染。因此,綠色環(huán)保、節(jié)約資源、保護環(huán)境的經濟發(fā)展模式已經成為建筑行業(yè)的發(fā)展趨勢。但是在現(xiàn)實社會環(huán)境中,阻礙建筑行業(yè)推行綠色施工的因素有許多,對綠色施工的發(fā)展有很嚴重的影響。所以對于如何開展綠色施工并提高其實施效果是當前關注和研究的重要課題。 目前國內對于綠色施工的研究多數(shù)是探討如何實現(xiàn)“四節(jié)一環(huán)�！钡木G色施工具體措施和方法。在此我不再重復研究,本文主要研究綠色施工項目的整體策劃以及對綠色施工項目的成本進行分析與控制。本文結合自己的工作實踐,集中研究了當前建筑業(yè)項目經理們感到困惑和容易裹足的問題,即如何做好綠色施工項目的整體策劃。通過建立綠色施工項目管理整體策劃框架,指出綠色施工項目應該在項目實施前作整體策劃和事前控制。最終形成在不同階段都有具體實施要求的綱領性文件和方案。本文對綠色施工項目實施的成本進行分析,提出了對綠色施工的成本進行控制的方法,使建筑業(yè)的項目經理提高了項目綠色施工整體效益的認識。 本文選取作者親自參與管理的項目案例進行了計算比較,驗證了上述分析的結論,闡述了當前國內建筑行業(yè)需要重視綠色施工項目管理的整體策劃,因地制宜建立適用的綱領性文件和實施細則,同時通過具體數(shù)據(jù)證實了綠色施工整體策劃有利于綠色施工項目投資效益的提高。通過綠色施工中整體策劃的實施,合理降低綠色施工的成本投入。希望通過本文的研究可以對建筑行業(yè)綠色施工項目的整體實施與推廣提供借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economic construction and the rapid implementation of urbanization construction, the scale of construction is expanding and causing huge pollution to the environment. Therefore, the economic development mode of green environmental protection, saving resources and protecting environment has become the development trend of construction industry. However, in the real social environment, there are many factors hindering the construction industry to carry out green construction, which has a very serious impact on the development of green construction. Therefore, how to carry out green construction and improve its implementation effect is an important subject of current attention and research. At present, most of the research on green construction in China is to discuss how to realize the concrete measures and methods of green construction of "four sections and one environmental protection". I will not repeat the research here, this paper mainly studies the overall planning of green construction projects and the cost analysis and control of green construction projects. Based on my own work practice, this paper focuses on the problems that the project managers of the construction industry feel confused and easy to wrap up, that is, how to do well the overall planning of the green construction projects. Through the establishment of the overall planning framework of green construction project management, it is pointed out that the green construction project should be integrated planning and prior control before the implementation of the project. The final formation in different stages have specific implementation requirements of programmatic documents and programs. In this paper, the cost of green construction project is analyzed, and the method of controlling the cost of green construction is put forward, so that the project manager of construction industry can improve the whole benefit of green construction of the project. This article selects the project case which the author personally participates in the management has carried on the computation comparison, has verified the above analysis conclusion, elaborated the present domestic construction profession needs to attach importance to the green construction project management overall plan, The applicable programmatic documents and implementation rules are established according to local conditions. At the same time, through concrete data, it is proved that the overall planning of green construction is beneficial to the improvement of investment efficiency of green construction projects. Through the implementation of overall planning in green construction, the cost input of green construction can be reduced reasonably. It is hoped that the research in this paper can be used as a reference for the overall implementation and promotion of green construction projects in the construction industry.
