建筑物荷載在覆巖中傳播規(guī)律及沉陷區(qū)興建建筑物可行性分析

【摘要】:隨著人口的快速增長(zhǎng)和建筑用地資源的日漸減少,以及為了響應(yīng)國(guó)家節(jié)約資源、充分利用資源和走可持續(xù)發(fā)展道路的號(hào)召,沉陷區(qū)上方進(jìn)行房屋建設(shè)課題研究顯得尤為重要。(1)研究了沉陷區(qū)上方新建筑物荷載作用下的附加應(yīng)力傳播深度。由布辛內(nèi)斯克理論公式出發(fā),結(jié)合地基基礎(chǔ)規(guī)范,開采沉陷學(xué)等理論基礎(chǔ),確定了建筑物附加應(yīng)力在沉陷區(qū)地基中的影響深度。根據(jù)傳播深度臨界值的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),進(jìn)而確定開采沉陷區(qū)上方房屋的荷載或者層數(shù)。(2)研究了煤層開采引起的房屋的破壞(主要是裂縫)與地表的變形和移動(dòng)之間是否存在關(guān)系。通過線性回歸的分析方法,可得出房屋的裂縫與地表位移變化各種單一變量之間存在線性關(guān)系,也可得出裂縫寬度在房屋長(zhǎng)高比與地表變形雙變量影響下的線性發(fā)展規(guī)律。(3)根據(jù)沉陷區(qū)不同位置對(duì)建筑物的影響不同,利用理論計(jì)算方法,對(duì)在實(shí)際工程區(qū)地表上新建建筑物的可行性進(jìn)行了分析。以上分析研究闡述了采空區(qū)房屋受地表影響發(fā)生破壞的影響機(jī)理,為指導(dǎo)采空區(qū)房屋建設(shè)加固與抗變形的設(shè)計(jì)有重要的意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid growth of population and the decreasing resources of construction land, and in response to the call of the State to conserve resources, to make full use of resources and to take the path of sustainable development, It is very important to study the subject of building construction above the subsidence area. (1) the additional stress propagation depth under the new building load over the subsidence area is studied. Based on the theoretical formula of Buchinesk's theory, combined with the foundation code and mining subsidence theory, the influence depth of the additional stress of building on the foundation in the subsidence area is determined. According to the criterion of critical value of propagation depth, the load or the number of floors above the mining subsidence area is determined. (2) the relationship between the damage (mainly cracks) and the deformation and movement of the ground surface caused by coal seam mining is studied. By means of linear regression analysis, it can be concluded that there is a linear relationship between the cracks of buildings and the variation of surface displacement. The linear development law of crack width under the influence of the ratio of building length to height and the surface deformation can also be obtained. (3) according to the influence of different positions of subsidence area on buildings, the theoretical calculation method is used. The feasibility of building new buildings on the surface of the actual engineering area is analyzed. The above analysis and research expounded the influence mechanism of the goaf house damage by the influence of the surface, which is of great significance for guiding the design of building construction reinforcement and anti-deformation in goaf.
