【摘要】：沈陽(yáng)某廠(chǎng)房18m跨鋼梁,安裝部分荷載后建設(shè)方發(fā)現(xiàn)鋼梁有下?lián)犀F(xiàn)象,為了解鋼梁在屋面板安裝后下?lián)系脑?工作人員對(duì)鋼梁施工質(zhì)量進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢測(cè),并采用abaqus有限元軟件分析與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)載荷試驗(yàn),結(jié)合現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢測(cè)結(jié)論、模擬分析結(jié)果及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)載荷試驗(yàn)結(jié)論,分析鋼梁下?lián)显?給出處理建議。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the cause of steel beam deflection after installation of steel beam with 18m span in a certain factory building in Shenyang, the construction side found that the steel beam had a deflection phenomenon after partial load was installed. In order to understand the reason of steel beam deflection after installation of roof slab, the construction quality of steel beam was inspected on the spot by the staff. The abaqus finite element software and field load test were used to analyze the cause of steel beam deflection, and the treatment suggestions were put forward by combining the results of field test, simulation analysis and field load test.
