北京奧林匹克森林公園南園人工濕地園區(qū)使用后評價（POE）

【摘要】：城市人工濕地公園除了濕地生態(tài)功能以外,更多地則被賦予了娛樂休閑、生態(tài)教育的功能。雖然在現(xiàn)階段城市濕地的重要性被越來越多的人意識到,但是國內(nèi)濕地公園的使用狀況并不樂觀,關(guān)于人工濕地公園的使用后評價研究還很少,人們對于濕地價值和功能還認(rèn)識不足,因此對我國城市人工濕地公園進(jìn)行使用后評價具有十分重要的意義。 本文以使用后評價(POE)相關(guān)理論為研究基礎(chǔ),對北京奧林匹克森林公園南園人工濕地園區(qū)的使用現(xiàn)狀展開調(diào)查,論文采用了文獻(xiàn)研究法、參與觀察法、問卷調(diào)查法、訪談?wù){(diào)查法、行為痕跡分析法、統(tǒng)計分析法等在使用后評價研究中所需要的方法,對來園者的性別、年齡、職業(yè)、來園目的、來園交通方式、來園頻率及時間段、常去區(qū)域等進(jìn)行調(diào)查,并隨機(jī)發(fā)放語義差別調(diào)查問卷,共回收有效問卷316份,結(jié)合兩套問卷的數(shù)據(jù)分析結(jié)果,還有對游客及公園工作人員隨機(jī)訪談,較為全面地了解濕地園區(qū)的使用情況,得出了該人工濕地園區(qū)自然環(huán)境優(yōu)美、可達(dá)性良好、建筑材料生態(tài)環(huán)保、安全性好等優(yōu)點；但同時,園內(nèi)設(shè)施包括直飲水、座椅和遮陽遮雨處等數(shù)量和位置存在缺失和不足,夜間照明不理想,園區(qū)也沒有充分考慮到殘疾人、兒童和老年人等特殊人群的需要,另外,園區(qū)濕地教育和宣傳作用急需加強(qiáng)。根據(jù)以上不足提出優(yōu)化建議,在豐富教育宣傳形式、完善基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和濕地空間、關(guān)注特殊人群的使用需求、加強(qiáng)人性化的設(shè)計理念、優(yōu)化管理、完善游客反饋機(jī)制等方面提出自己的見解。本文旨在通過對該人工濕地公園的研究,使得使用者反饋得到有效傳達(dá),為公園的進(jìn)一步改進(jìn)提供參考,并希望結(jié)論和經(jīng)驗可為今后案例提供參考。
[Abstract]:Besides wetland ecological function, urban constructed wetland park is endowed with recreational and ecological education functions. Although the importance of urban wetland is recognized by more and more people at this stage, the use of wetland parks in China is not optimistic, and there is little research on post-use evaluation of constructed wetland parks. The value and function of wetland are not well understood, so it is very important to evaluate the use of urban constructed wetland park in China. Based on the relevant theory of (POE), this paper investigates the current situation of the use of the constructed wetland park in the South Garden of Beijing Olympic Forest Park. The paper adopts the methods of literature research, participation observation, questionnaire investigation and interview investigation. Behavior trace analysis, statistical analysis, and other methods needed in post-use evaluation research, to investigate the sex, age, occupation, purpose, mode of transportation, frequency and time period of coming to the garden, frequent visits to the area, etc. And randomly distributed semantic difference questionnaire, a total of 316 valid questionnaires, combined with the data analysis results of the two sets of questionnaires, as well as random interviews with tourists and park staff, a more comprehensive understanding of the use of wetland park, It is concluded that the constructed wetland park has the advantages of beautiful natural environment, good accessibility, ecological environmental protection of building materials and good safety, but at the same time, the number and location of the facilities in the park, including direct drinking water, seats and sunshade and rain shelter, are missing and inadequate. The night lighting is not ideal, and the special needs of the disabled, children and the elderly are not fully taken into account in the park. In addition, the role of wetland education and publicity in the park is in urgent need of strengthening. According to the above deficiencies, the author puts forward some suggestions for optimization, such as enriching the form of education propaganda, perfecting the infrastructure and wetland space, paying attention to the needs of special people, strengthening the humanized design concept, optimizing management, Improve the tourist feedback mechanism and other aspects of their own views. Through the study of the constructed wetland park, this paper aims to make the user feedback get effective communication and provide reference for the further improvement of the park, and hope that the conclusions and experiences can be used for reference in the future cases.
