金屬材料在舊建筑改造中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:本課題從材料應(yīng)用的角度出發(fā),以金屬建筑材料為研究對(duì)象,從結(jié)構(gòu)、表皮、構(gòu)造以及材料本身的表現(xiàn)這四個(gè)方面總結(jié)了金屬材料在舊建筑改造設(shè)計(jì)中的表現(xiàn)方式、原則和策略,并通過(guò)實(shí)際的案例對(duì)研究的成果進(jìn)行了運(yùn)用和反饋。材料是建筑的物質(zhì)載體,只有充分的了解材料的特性和表現(xiàn)方法在創(chuàng)作中才能得心應(yīng)手。其中金屬是一種十分重要的建筑材料,近年來(lái)各種金屬建筑層出不窮,業(yè)界對(duì)它的研究也越來(lái)越多。隨著材料科技和建造技術(shù)的發(fā)展,金屬材料的應(yīng)用面也越來(lái)越廣,除了在結(jié)構(gòu)領(lǐng)域的不斷發(fā)展,它在表皮和細(xì)部構(gòu)造中也都有不錯(cuò)的表現(xiàn)。在中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)高速發(fā)展的背景下,城市的快速更新產(chǎn)生大量的老舊建筑,這些老舊建筑具有一定的歷史或社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值,拆之可惜,而對(duì)其改造再利用的問(wèn)題也逐漸引起人們的關(guān)注。上世紀(jì)70年代以后,舊建筑改造的范圍逐漸擴(kuò)展到對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)建筑的更新再利用和普通舊建筑的改造上。舊建筑改造不再集中于歷史建筑的保護(hù),一般性舊建筑的再利用問(wèn)題開(kāi)始引起人們的關(guān)注,相關(guān)的理論也應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。金屬建筑材料的應(yīng)用和舊建筑改造的研究逐漸深入,人們開(kāi)始關(guān)注金屬材料在改造中的應(yīng)用優(yōu)勢(shì)和策略。金屬材料在舊建筑改造中的應(yīng)用不僅僅停留在結(jié)構(gòu)修復(fù)上,新的工藝技術(shù)和構(gòu)造形式的出現(xiàn)使它在改造各個(gè)方面的表現(xiàn)都可圈可點(diǎn)。本文所研究的金屬材料在舊建筑改造中的應(yīng)用課題,是在舊建筑改造的領(lǐng)域探討金屬材料的應(yīng)用方式和表現(xiàn)策略,它涉及了舊建筑改造和材料應(yīng)用這一交叉學(xué)科。本文旨在通過(guò)從材料應(yīng)用的角度研究舊建筑改造的創(chuàng)新性手法,從而探討舊建筑改造中金屬材料應(yīng)用的多種可能性和其獨(dú)特的表現(xiàn)形式。本文以金屬材料的客觀特性和舊建筑改造的關(guān)聯(lián)性為開(kāi)頭,在了解客觀條件后從舊建筑改造的結(jié)構(gòu)、表皮和構(gòu)造三個(gè)方面分別探討金屬材料的表現(xiàn)策略,最后通過(guò)對(duì)金屬材料在舊建筑改造中表現(xiàn)原則和發(fā)展趨勢(shì)的綜合論述得出金屬材料在舊建筑改造中的應(yīng)用方式、表現(xiàn)原則和表現(xiàn)策略。
[Abstract]:From the point of view of material application, taking metal building material as the research object, this paper summarizes the expression mode of metal material in the old building reconstruction design from four aspects: structure, skin, structure and the performance of material itself. Principles and strategies, and through practical cases of the results of the application and feedback. Material is the material carrier of architecture, only fully understand the characteristics and expression of materials in the creation can be handy. Metal is one of the most important building materials. With the development of material technology and construction technology, the application of metal materials is more and more extensive. Besides the continuous development in the field of structure, it also has a good performance in the epidermis and detail structure. Under the background of sustained and rapid economic development in China, the rapid renewal of cities has produced a large number of old buildings. These old buildings have a certain historical or social and economic value, but it is a pity to demolish them. And the problem of its reconstruction and reuse has gradually attracted people's attention. After the 1970s, the scope of old buildings was gradually extended to the renewal and reuse of industrial buildings and the renovation of common old buildings. The reconstruction of old buildings is no longer concentrated on the protection of historical buildings, and the reuse of general old buildings has attracted people's attention, and relevant theories have emerged as the times require. With the application of metal building materials and the research of old building reconstruction, people begin to pay attention to the advantages and strategies of metal materials in the transformation. The application of metal materials in the reconstruction of old buildings is not only confined to the restoration of the structure, but also the appearance of new technology and structural form makes its performance in all aspects of the transformation remarkable. In this paper, the application of metal materials in old buildings is discussed in the field of old building transformation, the application of metal materials and performance strategies, it involves the old building transformation and the application of materials as an interdisciplinary subject. The purpose of this paper is to study the innovative methods of old building reconstruction from the point of view of material application, so as to discuss the possibility of metal material application and its unique manifestation in old building reconstruction. This paper begins with the objective characteristics of metal materials and the relevance of old building reconstruction. After understanding the objective conditions, this paper discusses the performance strategies of metal materials from three aspects: structure, epidermis and construction of old buildings. Finally, through the comprehensive discussion of the performance principle and development trend of the metal material in the old building transformation, the application mode, the performance principle and the performance strategy of the metal material in the old building reconstruction are obtained.
