【摘要】：工程中由于木模板重復(fù)使用、施工人員技術(shù)不過(guò)關(guān)、施工管理不到位等原因,會(huì)造成混凝土跑模現(xiàn)象,須運(yùn)用檢測(cè)工具和鑒定方法對(duì)跑模工程進(jìn)行檢測(cè)鑒定。根據(jù)構(gòu)件不同的跑模位移,提出不同的加固處理方案,跑模位移超過(guò)50 mm的墻柱可采取在內(nèi)側(cè)加大截面進(jìn)行處理,跑模位移未超過(guò)50mm的墻柱可采用M20防水砂漿做找平處理。工程經(jīng)加固處理后,能達(dá)到相應(yīng)規(guī)范要求,可按原設(shè)計(jì)功能使用。
[Abstract]:Due to the repeated use of wood formwork, the technical failure of construction personnel and the lack of construction management, the phenomenon of concrete model running will be caused, so it is necessary to use testing tools and identification methods to test and identify the running model engineering. According to the different displacement of the running mould, different strengthening treatment schemes are put forward. The wall column with the displacement of more than 50 mm can be treated by increasing the cross section in the inside, and the wall column with less than 50mm can be leveled with M20 waterproof mortar. After strengthening, the project can meet the requirements of the corresponding specifications and can be used according to the original design function.
