“流動(dòng)城市”:荷蘭城市地表水系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃發(fā)展和設(shè)計(jì)模型解讀

【摘要】:近年來(lái)針對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)頻發(fā)的城市內(nèi)澇問(wèn)題,討論的方向主要集中在城市小排水系統(tǒng)上,而對(duì)于大排水系統(tǒng),即城市地表水系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì),則是一片空白。對(duì)于許多老城區(qū),由于地下排水系統(tǒng)無(wú)法推倒重來(lái),地表水系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)成為提高城市防洪排澇能力的重要手段。研究從城市設(shè)計(jì)層面出發(fā),通過(guò)對(duì)荷蘭城市地表水系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃思路的變遷和設(shè)計(jì)模型的解讀,為我國(guó)城市解決內(nèi)澇問(wèn)題和地表水系統(tǒng)的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)提供一個(gè)思考的方向。
[Abstract]:In recent years, in view of the frequent urban waterlogging problem in China, the direction of discussion is mainly focused on the urban small drainage system, but the design of the large drainage system, that is, the urban surface water system, is a blank. For many old urban areas, the design of surface water system has become an important means to improve the ability of flood control and drainage because the underground drainage system can not be pushed down and restarted. From the aspect of urban design, through the analysis of the changes of planning ideas and design models of Dutch urban surface water system, this paper provides a thinking direction for solving the problem of waterlogging and the planning and design of surface water system in Chinese cities.
