CPLX型一體化凈水設(shè)備的定型與推廣
[Abstract]:Drinking water safety is an important guarantee for people's health and social development. But the safety of drinking water in villages and towns is still at a poor level. There are still 300 million people in villages and towns (80% in the Midwest) drinking water that does not meet the national safety standards. Among them, the proportion of unsafe water quality is as high as 70%. The reason why it is difficult to improve is on the one hand the accelerated deterioration of water quality and the backward level of production management; on the other hand, it is difficult to popularize the new achievements of scientific research in the village and town markets. This paper is about patent conversion and extension of integrated water purification equipment based on helical oblique plate sedimentation reactor. Patent conversion is divided into: data collection, market research, equipment improvement and finalization, and finally the construction and trial operation of Yushu community display project. The three core parts of the thesis are market research, equipment improvement and design, and Yushu community display project. In this paper, 21 villages and towns with convenient transportation around Sichuan and Yunnan and 4 locations with equipment demand in Qinghai are selected as drinking water research sites. Through investigation and investigation, the authors objectively understand the present situation of integrated water purification equipment and the water supply in southwest villages and towns. At the same time, it is judged that the new integrated water purification equipment based on the technology of countercurrent helical inclined plate sedimentation has a wide application prospect and is necessary to put into production. Equipment improvement and finalization. According to the results of investigation and preliminary operation of the equipment, the structure and process of the equipment were improved before it was put into production. A complete water supply scheme is formed to increase the operation stability and management convenience of the equipment. The improvement of equipment structure includes support leg, ring groove, top of reaction barrel, filter head of filter bed, liquid level sensor, top cover, angle of mud collecting cone bucket, falling bucket and so on. The process was improved to optimize the opening of flocculation plate and to introduce short-range advanced treatment process. In this part, a construction method of carbon sand filter bed based on integrated water purification equipment is proposed, and the experimental analysis of the constructed filter bed is carried out. At the same time, a whole set of water supply schemes including automatic control, on-line monitoring system and chlorinated dosing system are put forward. Finally, the technical documents of product design calculation manual, product quality control manual, equipment installation specification, equipment operation specification and equipment production process specification are formed. The paper also carried out the demonstration project of Yushu District in Nanchong City, Sichuan Province. The demonstration project has both the actual water supply, the later stage experiment and the equipment promotion demonstration demand. According to this demand, the design of exhibition area is divided into function area and test area. After the construction of the demonstration project was completed, the final CPLX10-240-A equipment was tested. The removal performance of turbidity, COD mn, ammonia nitrogen, UV254 and anti-turbidity impact load, flow impact load and recoverability were evaluated. In the impact test of high turbidity raw water, when the average turbidity of raw water was added with 25mg/L, the average turbidity of water was 0.683 NTU within 12 hours, and the turbidity removal rate was higher than that of 99g. After stable operation of the demonstration project, when the turbidity of raw water is COD mn, ammonia nitrogen is 68.521 NTU 4.08 mg / L and 0.34mg/L is 0.241 NTU 1.82 mg / L, 0.28 mg / L respectively.
