【摘要】：中國城市正面臨著嚴(yán)峻的老齡化問題,近年來,城市老年人口比重在不斷上升,根據(jù)我國現(xiàn)行構(gòu)建的社會養(yǎng)老服務(wù)體系可知,依托社區(qū)居家養(yǎng)老是城市老年人的主要養(yǎng)老方式。社區(qū)老年人日間照料設(shè)施將居家生活和社會服務(wù)相結(jié)合,降低了養(yǎng)老成本,也保證了老年人的生活質(zhì)量。本文通過對大連市社區(qū)老年人日間照料設(shè)施的實地調(diào)研,應(yīng)用建筑計劃學(xué)的調(diào)查和分析方法,結(jié)合現(xiàn)有的國內(nèi)外先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗進(jìn)行研究。在調(diào)研過程中,作者發(fā)現(xiàn)社區(qū)老年人日間照料設(shè)施存在如下幾個主要問題：首先是現(xiàn)行的社區(qū)配套設(shè)施規(guī)劃指標(biāo)高于老年人的實際需要,設(shè)施的選址或配建形式不合理,存在老人不方便到達(dá)和使用的問題；二是許多日間照料設(shè)施屬于既有建筑的改建或者加建部分,由于既有建筑的限制,對老人們的行為產(chǎn)生了限制,也制約了工作人員對老人們的照護(hù)工作；三是數(shù)量和規(guī)模不滿足相關(guān)建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),不能滿足使用者當(dāng)下的需求。綜上這些問題,本文對大連市不同類型的社區(qū)老年人日間照料設(shè)施的選址、規(guī)模、空間構(gòu)成、空間模式、使用實態(tài)等方面進(jìn)行實地調(diào)研和研究,從行為一方式的視角來探討適應(yīng)城區(qū)老齡化需求的社區(qū)老年人日間照料設(shè)施優(yōu)化與設(shè)計要點。作者希望本研究能夠彌補理想的建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與真實的環(huán)境反饋之間的脫節(jié),為大連市社區(qū)老年人日間照料設(shè)施的建筑設(shè)計提供一定的參考。
[Abstract]:Chinese cities are facing a severe problem of aging. In recent years, the proportion of urban elderly population is rising. According to the current social pension service system constructed in China, relying on the community home pension is the main way to provide for the elderly in cities. The day-care facilities for the elderly in the community combine home life with social services, thus reducing the cost of providing for the aged and ensuring the quality of life of the elderly. Based on the field investigation of the day care facilities for the elderly in the community of Dalian, this paper applies the methods of investigation and analysis of architectural planning, and combines the existing advanced experience at home and abroad to carry out the research. In the process of investigation, the author finds that there are several main problems in the day care facilities for the elderly in the community. Firstly, the current planning index of the supporting facilities in the community is higher than the actual needs of the elderly, and the location of the facilities or the construction of the facilities are unreasonable. There are problems with the inaccessibility and use of older persons; second, many day care facilities are part of the alteration or addition of existing buildings, which restrict the behaviour of older persons because of the limitations of existing buildings. It also restricts the staff care work for the elderly; third, the quantity and scale do not meet the relevant construction standards, can not meet the current needs of users. To sum up these problems, this paper carries out field research and research on the location, scale, spatial composition, spatial model, use of reality and other aspects of the elderly day-care facilities in different types of communities in Dalian. This paper discusses the optimization and design of day care facilities for the elderly in urban areas from the perspective of behavior-style. The author hopes that this study can make up the disconnect between the ideal construction standard and the real environmental feedback, and provide a certain reference for the architectural design of the day-care facilities for the elderly in Dalian community.
