【摘要】：城市發(fā)展是世界文明進(jìn)程的組成部分，也是現(xiàn)代社會的主題之一。隨著中國城市化進(jìn)程不斷深入，城市數(shù)量顯著增長，城市規(guī)模持續(xù)擴(kuò)張，城市建設(shè)日新月異，如何有效利用興起的物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)提升城市管理水平，推進(jìn)城市化建設(shè)成為城市管理者的當(dāng)務(wù)之急。重慶作為中國最年輕的直轄市，建設(shè)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)城市為城市管理者提供了新思路，為重慶的產(chǎn)業(yè)升級和經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型提供了歷史機(jī)遇。而物聯(lián)網(wǎng)城市建設(shè)能否取得成功，選擇合適的建設(shè)模式實(shí)施顯得尤為重要。本文正是基于重慶當(dāng)前建設(shè)的實(shí)際，結(jié)合國內(nèi)外物聯(lián)網(wǎng)城市建設(shè)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，提出適合重慶當(dāng)前物聯(lián)網(wǎng)城市建設(shè)模式。 首先，，本文對物聯(lián)網(wǎng)城市的國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀展開研究并進(jìn)行總結(jié)，分析物聯(lián)網(wǎng)城市的內(nèi)涵及特征，研究物聯(lián)網(wǎng)城市的技術(shù)體系，并對國內(nèi)外物聯(lián)網(wǎng)城市的典型建設(shè)模式進(jìn)行分析，對物聯(lián)網(wǎng)城市建設(shè)模式形成的關(guān)鍵因素進(jìn)行研究。 其次，針對重慶物聯(lián)網(wǎng)城市的建設(shè)環(huán)境，分析重慶物聯(lián)網(wǎng)城市的建設(shè)需求，研究物聯(lián)網(wǎng)城市建設(shè)模式的總體框架，并研究政企聯(lián)合的重慶物聯(lián)網(wǎng)城市建設(shè)模式，詳細(xì)分析重慶物聯(lián)網(wǎng)城市建設(shè)的組織模式、商務(wù)模式、產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈構(gòu)建模式和運(yùn)營模式。 再次，基于上述建設(shè)模式分析，本文對重慶物聯(lián)網(wǎng)城市建設(shè)實(shí)施規(guī)劃進(jìn)行研究：包括重慶物聯(lián)網(wǎng)城市建設(shè)目標(biāo)，重慶物聯(lián)網(wǎng)城市建設(shè)平臺規(guī)劃，重慶物聯(lián)網(wǎng)城市建設(shè)進(jìn)行的重點(diǎn)攻關(guān)技術(shù)，重慶物聯(lián)網(wǎng)城市建設(shè)重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目等。 最后，針對重慶物聯(lián)網(wǎng)城市示范區(qū)域布局，研究區(qū)域布局指標(biāo)體系和基于灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析法的區(qū)域布局規(guī)劃模型；針對重慶物聯(lián)網(wǎng)城市建設(shè)效果，研究物聯(lián)網(wǎng)城市評價指標(biāo)體系和基于模糊評價的物聯(lián)網(wǎng)城市評價模型。
[Abstract]:Urban development is an integral part of the process of world civilization and one of the themes of modern society. With the deepening of China's urbanization process, the number of cities has increased significantly, the scale of cities continues to expand, and urban construction is changing with each passing day, how to effectively use the rising Internet of things technology to improve the level of urban management, To promote the construction of urbanization has become an urgent task for city managers. As the youngest municipality directly under the Central Government in China, the construction of the Internet of things city provides a new idea for city managers, and provides a historical opportunity for Chongqing's industrial upgrading and economic transformation. Whether the Internet of things can succeed, it is very important to choose the appropriate construction mode. This paper is based on the current construction of Chongqing, combined with the experience of the construction of the Internet of things at home and abroad, put forward a suitable for Chongqing's current mode of urban construction of the Internet of things. First of all, this paper studies and summarizes the current situation of the Internet of things city at home and abroad, analyzes the connotation and characteristics of the Internet of things city, studies the technology system of the Internet of things city, and analyzes the typical construction mode of the Internet of things city at home and abroad. This paper studies the key factors of the formation of the Internet of things urban construction model. Secondly, in view of the construction environment of Chongqing Internet of things city, this paper analyzes the construction needs of Chongqing Internet of things city, studies the overall framework of the construction mode of the Internet of things city, and studies the construction model of Chongqing Internet of things city of government and enterprise. The organization mode, business model, industry chain construction model and operation mode of Chongqing Internet of things city construction are analyzed in detail. Thirdly, based on the above construction mode analysis, this paper carries on the research to the Chongqing Internet of things city construction implementation plan: including Chongqing Internet of things city construction goal, Chongqing Internet of things city construction platform plan, The key technology of Chongqing Internet of things city construction, Chongqing Internet of things city construction key projects and so on. Finally, the paper studies the regional layout index system and the regional layout planning model based on grey relational analysis for the demonstration regional layout of Chongqing Internet of things city, and aims at the effect of Chongqing Internet of things city construction. This paper studies the evaluation index system of Internet of things city and the evaluation model of Internet of things city based on fuzzy evaluation.
