【摘要】：在我國(guó)城市規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大、城市功能逐步提升、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)有序調(diào)整的進(jìn)程中，大量原有的工業(yè)園區(qū)面臨著停產(chǎn)或搬遷的命運(yùn)。伴隨著原生產(chǎn)空間的廢棄，留下了大批具有歷史文化價(jià)值和再利用價(jià)值的舊工業(yè)園區(qū)。國(guó)內(nèi)外有不少舊工業(yè)園區(qū)改造利用的成功案例，讓人們逐漸認(rèn)識(shí)到了此類項(xiàng)目的優(yōu)勢(shì)，從而掀起一陣舊工業(yè)園區(qū)改造利用的熱潮。 筆者在近些年的工作中，也接觸到不少類似的項(xiàng)目。在項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)行過(guò)程中，經(jīng)常會(huì)因?yàn)閷?shí)施方設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)書不明確的原因，使得設(shè)計(jì)工作不斷在新出現(xiàn)的“思路”、“條件”下進(jìn)行修改甚至重新設(shè)計(jì)，從而影響項(xiàng)目的整體進(jìn)度。因此筆者希望能以建筑策劃理論為基礎(chǔ)，結(jié)合舊工業(yè)園區(qū)改造的特點(diǎn)，并通過(guò)對(duì)實(shí)際項(xiàng)目的總結(jié)，研究制定此類項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)書的方法，以保證項(xiàng)目科學(xué)合理的進(jìn)行。 本文嘗試以統(tǒng)籌者的視角討論“舊工業(yè)園區(qū)”改造成“文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園”項(xiàng)目的建筑策劃運(yùn)用，并通過(guò)相關(guān)研究與分析對(duì)其建筑策劃框架與方法進(jìn)行總結(jié)。文章分為兩部分，第一部（1-4章）通過(guò)對(duì)相關(guān)理論、相似案例以及筆者實(shí)際參與項(xiàng)目的研究，對(duì)本文研究的意義、目的、內(nèi)容、因素等進(jìn)行分析與總結(jié)，，并得出舊工業(yè)園區(qū)改造為文創(chuàng)園建筑策劃的框架與方法；第二部分（5-7章）通過(guò)“首鋼人居環(huán)境科學(xué)創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園”項(xiàng)目，對(duì)本文提出的舊工業(yè)園區(qū)改造為文創(chuàng)園建筑策劃的框架與方法進(jìn)行實(shí)際檢驗(yàn)，并對(duì)過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生的思考進(jìn)行總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:In the process of expanding the scale of Chinese cities, improving the function of cities and adjusting the industrial structure in an orderly way, a large number of original industrial parks are facing the fate of shutdown or relocation. With the abandonment of the original production space, a large number of old industrial parks with historical and cultural value and reuse value have been left behind. There are many successful cases of transformation and utilization of old industrial parks at home and abroad, which makes people gradually realize the advantages of such projects, thus setting off a wave of upsurge of transformation and utilization of old industrial parks. In my work in recent years, I also came into contact with many similar projects. In the process of the project, the design work is constantly modified or redesigned under the new "idea" and "condition" because the design task of the implementing party is not clear, thus affecting the overall progress of the project. Therefore, the author hopes that based on the theory of architectural planning, combined with the characteristics of the old industrial park transformation, and through the summary of the actual project, the author will study the method of drawing up the project design task, so as to ensure that the project is carried out scientifically and reasonably. This paper attempts to discuss the architectural planning and application of the transformation of "old industrial park" into "cultural and creative industrial park" from the perspective of coordinator, and summarizes the frame and method of architectural planning through relevant research and analysis. The article is divided into two parts. The first part (Chapter 1-4) analyzes and summarizes the significance, purpose, content and factors of this study through the study of relevant theories, similar cases and the author's actual participation in the project. The frame and method of transforming the old industrial park into the architectural planning of cultural creation garden are obtained. The second part (chapter 5-7) adopts the project of "Shougang Human settlement Environment Science Creative Industrial Park". The frame and method of transforming the old industrial park into the architectural planning of the cultural creation garden are tested in this paper, and the thinking in the process is summarized.
