【摘要】：當(dāng)下中國大規(guī)模的新城建設(shè)活動(dòng)受到廣泛關(guān)注,但對(duì)新興城市新建城區(qū)空間形態(tài)進(jìn)行的研究還不多。浙江省義烏市從一個(gè)農(nóng)業(yè)縣迅速發(fā)展成為一個(gè)初具規(guī)模的大城市,是中國農(nóng)村地區(qū)快速城市化的典型。在國家城鎮(zhèn)化戰(zhàn)略背景下義烏被確立為區(qū)域中心城市,有必要對(duì)其上一輪新建城區(qū)空間形態(tài)演變進(jìn)行研究。本文的研究對(duì)象是義烏市稠城地區(qū)1990年代以來擴(kuò)展的新建城區(qū),該地區(qū)以小商品市場建設(shè)為導(dǎo)向?qū)崿F(xiàn)空間的拓展。小商品貿(mào)易業(yè)為義烏城市擴(kuò)展提供了動(dòng)力,也對(duì)空間形態(tài)打下了深刻烙印。根據(jù)建設(shè)時(shí)序和不同市場輻射的范圍,本文將稠城新建城區(qū)分為三個(gè)片區(qū):篁園片區(qū)、賓王片區(qū)和福田片區(qū),分別從市場空間、居住空間、街道空間等方面進(jìn)行調(diào)研。本文通過調(diào)研獲取第一手資料,通過具體的案例分析建立起對(duì)其空間形態(tài)的基本認(rèn)識(shí),在此基礎(chǔ)上觀察其空間特征,從用地布局、功能構(gòu)成、道路架構(gòu)、開發(fā)強(qiáng)度以及空間肌理幾個(gè)方面總結(jié)發(fā)展演變規(guī)律。最后提出一些建設(shè)性的意見,以期助益于未來的城市建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the large-scale construction of new cities in China has attracted much attention, but there is little research on the spatial form of new urban areas in new cities. Yiwu, Zhejiang Province, has rapidly developed from an agricultural county to a large city with a preliminary scale, which is a typical example of rapid urbanization in rural areas of China. Yiwu is under the background of national urbanization strategy. As a regional central city, it is necessary to study the evolution of spatial morphology of the last round of newly-built urban areas. The research object of this paper is the newly-built urban areas expanded since 1990s in the dense city area of Yiwu City, which is oriented by the construction of small commodity market to realize spatial expansion. According to the time sequence of construction and the radiation range of different markets, this paper divides the newly built urban area into three districts: Zhuoyuan District, Binwang District and Futian District, which are investigated from the aspects of market space, residential space and street space respectively. Based on the analysis of the case, the author establishes a basic understanding of its spatial form, observes its spatial characteristics, and summarizes the development and evolution laws from the aspects of land use layout, functional composition, road structure, development intensity and spatial texture. Finally, some constructive suggestions are put forward to help the future urban construction.
