城市高密度區(qū)大學(xué)校園立體化研究

【摘要】:怎樣才能緩解全球性的空間資源過度消耗形勢(shì)?怎樣能減少城市擴(kuò)張帶來的校園建設(shè)動(dòng)輒占地?cái)?shù)千畝甚至占用城郊農(nóng)業(yè)用地的情況?什么樣的空間、功能組織模式可以提高城市土地資源的利用效率?仍由平面功能分區(qū)思路主導(dǎo)的校園規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)能否轉(zhuǎn)向更三維立體化的空間操作方式? 本文從提高城市土地資源使用效率的角度出發(fā),以大學(xué)校園為關(guān)注點(diǎn),就如何實(shí)現(xiàn)大學(xué)校園立體化展開研究。筆者通過不同角度與層面的分析,歸納立體化大學(xué)校園的定義、特征和類型,論證立體化大學(xué)校園模式的價(jià)值與限制,就建筑功能、流線、空間、形態(tài)等提出初步的設(shè)計(jì)策略,作為當(dāng)前大學(xué)校園集約化建設(shè)的一種可能的補(bǔ)充模式,為將來若有需要的設(shè)計(jì)者提供一些參考。 本文共有六章,可分為五大部分。 第一章為緒論。本章主要闡述論文研究的背景、意義、方法和框架,并對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外前人的研究成果進(jìn)行概述。 第二章為大學(xué)校園立體化概述。本章就立體化建筑及立體化大學(xué)校園的發(fā)展概況及建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行概述,回顧它們的發(fā)展歷程,,并通過現(xiàn)狀調(diào)研分析提出本論文擬解決的主要問題。 第三章為大學(xué)校園立體化基礎(chǔ)研究。在本章中通過不同角度對(duì)立體化大學(xué)校園的案例和認(rèn)知展開分析,歸納總結(jié)出立體化大學(xué)校園的定義、特征和類型,并對(duì)其能效和限制因素展開論述。 第四章為大學(xué)校園立體化的能效與制約。從城市、學(xué)校主體、建筑使用者三個(gè)角度分析大學(xué)校園立體化的優(yōu)勢(shì),并從功能、流線、空間、防災(zāi)與安全、造價(jià)等因素分析立體化大學(xué)校園的不利因素。 第五章為大學(xué)校園立體化的設(shè)計(jì)策略。從城市關(guān)系、功能布局、流線設(shè)置、空間組織、形態(tài)處理、生態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)、結(jié)構(gòu)選型、設(shè)備防災(zāi)共八個(gè)角度著手展開細(xì)致論述。 第六章為結(jié)論篇。在本章中對(duì)全文關(guān)于大學(xué)校園立體化的相關(guān)理論成果進(jìn)行總結(jié),并對(duì)立體化大學(xué)校園的未來作出展望,為未來相關(guān)從業(yè)者的研究與設(shè)計(jì)工作提供一些參考。
[Abstract]:How can we alleviate the excessive consumption of global space resources? How to reduce the urban expansion of campus construction often covers an area of thousands of mu or even occupy the suburban agricultural land situation? What kind of space and functional organization mode can improve the utilization efficiency of urban land resources? Can the campus planning and design, which is still dominated by plane function zoning, be changed to a more three-dimensional spatial operation mode? From the point of view of improving the efficiency of urban land resources, this paper focuses on how to realize the three-dimensional university campus. Through the analysis of different angles and levels, the author summarizes the definition, characteristics and types of the three-dimensional university campus, demonstrates the value and limitation of the three-dimensional university campus model, and puts forward a preliminary design strategy for the architectural function, streamline, space, shape, etc. As a possible supplementary model for the intensive construction of university campuses, this paper provides some references for designers who need it in the future. There are six chapters in this paper, which can be divided into five parts. The first chapter is the introduction. This chapter mainly describes the background, significance, methods and framework of the paper, and summarizes the previous research results at home and abroad. The second chapter is an overview of the three-dimensional campus. This chapter summarizes the development and construction status of the three-dimensional architecture and the three-dimensional university campus, reviews their development process, and puts forward the main problems to be solved through the investigation and analysis of the present situation. The third chapter is the basic research of university campus. In this chapter, the definition, characteristics and types of stereoscopic university campus are summarized by analyzing the case and cognition of stereoscopic university campus from different angles, and its energy efficiency and limiting factors are discussed. The fourth chapter is about the energy efficiency and restriction of university campus. This paper analyzes the advantages of three-dimensional university campus from three aspects of city, school subject and building user, and analyzes the unfavorable factors of three-dimensional university campus from the aspects of function, streamline, space, disaster prevention and safety, cost and so on. The fifth chapter is the design strategy of three-dimensional university campus. From the aspects of urban relationship, functional layout, streamline setting, spatial organization, morphological treatment, ecological design, structural selection and equipment disaster prevention, this paper begins to discuss in detail. Chapter six is the conclusion. In this chapter, the author summarizes the relevant theoretical results of the three-dimensional campus, and makes a prospect for the future of the three-dimensional university campus, which provides some references for the future research and design of the relevant practitioners.
