【摘要】：工程項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理作為風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的主要負(fù)責(zé)人在項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過(guò)程中會(huì)面臨多種多樣的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)決策。不同性格的項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理面對(duì)同一風(fēng)險(xiǎn)也會(huì)做出不同的判斷,從而可能制定完全不同的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理策略。風(fēng)險(xiǎn)決策行為主要受到三個(gè)方面因素的影響,個(gè)體特征、決策任務(wù)特征以及決策環(huán)境特征,且這些因素主要是通過(guò)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)傾向和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)感知進(jìn)一步影響決策者的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)決策行為。本研究主要從項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理個(gè)體層面出發(fā)探究其人格特征對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)感知的影響關(guān)系,并驗(yàn)證風(fēng)險(xiǎn)傾向在人格與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)感知關(guān)系中起到的中介作用。本研究首先提出項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理大五人格、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)傾向和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)感知三者之間關(guān)系的4項(xiàng)假設(shè),構(gòu)建了關(guān)系模型框架;接著通過(guò)問卷調(diào)查的方式向中國(guó)大陸的工程行業(yè)管理人員以郵件形式發(fā)放調(diào)查問卷,最終回收了102份有效數(shù)據(jù);基于SPSS 19.0軟件對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行處理,采用了相關(guān)分析、線性回歸分析和層次回歸分析法驗(yàn)證提出的假設(shè)。數(shù)據(jù)分析結(jié)果表明:1)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理的外傾性和隨和性因素顯著影響其風(fēng)險(xiǎn)傾向,外傾性強(qiáng)的個(gè)體更偏向風(fēng)險(xiǎn)追求,而隨和性高的個(gè)體的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)傾向水平較低;2)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)傾向?qū)ζ滹L(fēng)險(xiǎn)感知有顯著的負(fù)影響;3)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理的外傾性和隨和性因素顯著影響其風(fēng)險(xiǎn)感知,外傾性得分高的個(gè)體感知到的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)水平低,而隨和性強(qiáng)的個(gè)體其風(fēng)險(xiǎn)感知的水平高;4)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)傾向在外傾性、隨和性與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)感知的關(guān)系之間起著完全中介作用,人格因素需要完全通過(guò)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)傾向的作用進(jìn)一步影響個(gè)體的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)感知。同時(shí),本研究并沒有驗(yàn)證大五人格中其他三個(gè)因素(即責(zé)任心、情緒穩(wěn)定性和經(jīng)驗(yàn)開放性)與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)傾向、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)感知之間的關(guān)系。本研究在理論上通過(guò)中介變量風(fēng)險(xiǎn)傾向的引入解釋了項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理大五人格因素如何影響其風(fēng)險(xiǎn)感知,從而進(jìn)一步了解項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)感知過(guò)程。同時(shí),研究結(jié)果在實(shí)踐方面有利于通過(guò)人格特質(zhì)更好地預(yù)測(cè)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)傾向和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)感知,使得管理人員能夠更加深入地了解其是如何感知和應(yīng)對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的,從而有助于了解他們的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)決策行為。
[Abstract]:The project manager, as the main person in charge of risk management, will face a variety of risk decisions in the process of project implementation. Project managers with different personalities also make different judgments about the same risks, which may lead to completely different risk management strategies. Risk decision behavior is mainly affected by three factors, individual characteristics, decision task characteristics and decision environment characteristics, and these factors further influence the decision makers' risk decision behavior through risk tendency and risk perception. This study mainly explores the impact of personality characteristics on risk perception from the individual level of the project manager and verifies the intermediary role of risk orientation in the relationship between personality and risk perception. In this study, four hypotheses of the relationship among Big five Personality, risk propensity and risk perception of Project Manager are put forward, and a relational model framework is constructed. Then through the way of questionnaire survey to the management of the engineering industry in mainland China to send the questionnaire in the form of mail, finally recovered 102 valid data, based on SPSS 19.0 software to process the data, using the related analysis, The hypothesis is verified by linear regression analysis and hierarchical regression analysis. The results of data analysis show that: 1) the extraversion and easygoing factors of project manager significantly affect their risk propensity, and the individuals with strong extroversion tend to pursue risk. The risk propensity of the project manager has a significant negative effect on his risk perception. 3) the extraversion and easygoing factors of the project manager have a significant impact on the risk perception. Individuals with high extraversion score have low perceived risk level, while those with strong easygoing score have high risk perception level. 4) the risk tendency of project managers plays a complete intermediary role in the relationship between extroversion, easyness and risk perception. Personality factors need to further influence individual risk perception through the role of risk propensity. At the same time, this study did not verify the relationship between the other three factors (responsibility, emotional stability and openness of experience), risk tendency and risk perception in Big five personality. This study theoretically explains how the risk perception of project manager is influenced by the factor of "Big five Personality" through the introduction of risk tendency of intermediary variable, so as to further understand the process of risk perception of project manager. At the same time, the results of the study can better predict the risk tendency and risk perception of project managers through personality traits, so that managers can understand more deeply how they perceive and deal with risks. This helps to understand their risk decision-making behavior.
