【摘要】：工業(yè)項(xiàng)目及其用地的選定，無(wú)論在總體上還是局部上都極大地影響到城市形態(tài)，很多時(shí)候甚至起到引領(lǐng)乃至支配的作用，特別是對(duì)于那些大型項(xiàng)目或項(xiàng)目集中的產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)而言更是如此。中國(guó)近代工業(yè)發(fā)展比西方晚了約一個(gè)世紀(jì)，起步于鴉片戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)以后。近代工業(yè)的全面崛起，使城市發(fā)展上了一個(gè)新的臺(tái)階。到1949年以后，工業(yè)似浪潮一般席卷全國(guó)，以一種徹底的方式改變著中國(guó)城市的面貌。從那時(shí)到現(xiàn)在，工業(yè)發(fā)展一直是中國(guó)城市發(fā)展的一個(gè)主旋律。 廣州市作為華南地區(qū)最大的中心城市，工業(yè)發(fā)展已有悠久的歷史。新中國(guó)成立后，廣州逐漸建成了以輕紡工業(yè)為主、重工業(yè)有一定配套能力、門(mén)類(lèi)比較齊全的大城市工業(yè)生產(chǎn)體系。改革開(kāi)放后，新辦了一批企業(yè)，引進(jìn)了先進(jìn)的技術(shù)設(shè)備，，改造了部分老企業(yè)，使廣州工業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)了質(zhì)的飛躍。 本文以廣州市為研究對(duì)象，對(duì)1840~2000年以來(lái)工業(yè)的發(fā)展與城市形態(tài)的內(nèi)在關(guān)系進(jìn)行探究。結(jié)合中國(guó)政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)及社會(huì)重大變革，劃分了四個(gè)歷史時(shí)期：晚清（1840~1911年）、民國(guó)（1912~1949年）、建國(guó)初期（1949~1978年）和改革開(kāi)放二十年（1978~2000年）。通過(guò)梳理每個(gè)時(shí)期的工業(yè)發(fā)展及其在空間上的布局，動(dòng)態(tài)研究工業(yè)發(fā)展進(jìn)程與城市空間形態(tài)的演變過(guò)程，并進(jìn)行橫向比較。最后，對(duì)上百年的工業(yè)及城市形態(tài)發(fā)展進(jìn)行總結(jié)，揭示其特征和發(fā)展規(guī)律。 論文主要分為三個(gè)部分。第一部分為緒論，闡述了論文的研究意義、相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的研究現(xiàn)狀、研究范圍、方法及技術(shù)路線(xiàn)等內(nèi)容。 第二部分為論文主體研究部分，分為四個(gè)章節(jié)。按照上述劃分的歷史時(shí)期，分別對(duì)工業(yè)發(fā)展進(jìn)程及城市形態(tài)演變進(jìn)行闡述。在大的歷史時(shí)期下劃分出小時(shí)期，就工業(yè)發(fā)展的動(dòng)力機(jī)制、工業(yè)門(mén)類(lèi)、工廠(chǎng)數(shù)量、地理分布等方面進(jìn)行梳理，得出工業(yè)發(fā)展的動(dòng)態(tài)曲線(xiàn)及城市形態(tài)演進(jìn)軌跡，并對(duì)每個(gè)時(shí)期的發(fā)展特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行概況總結(jié)。 最后第三部分是結(jié)論部分。在第二部分的分析基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)各時(shí)期進(jìn)行橫向比較，總結(jié)出1840~2000年間廣州工業(yè)發(fā)展及城市形態(tài)演變的總體特征，探究?jī)烧咧g的內(nèi)在關(guān)系。并對(duì)文章的不足與局限進(jìn)行了概述，為以后的研究提供啟示。
[Abstract]:The selection of industrial projects and their land use, whether in general or in part, has greatly affected the shape of the city, and in many cases it has even played a leading and even dominating role. This is especially true for industrial parks where large projects or projects are concentrated. China's modern industrial development was about a century later than the West, starting after the Opium War. The overall rise of modern industry has brought the development of cities to a new level. After 1949, industry swept across the country, changing the face of Chinese cities in a radical way. Since then, industrial development has been a theme of urban development in China. As the largest central city in South China, Guangzhou has a long history of industrial development. After the founding of New China, Guangzhou gradually built a large city industrial production system with light textile industry as the main, heavy industry with certain supporting capacity and complete categories. After the reform and opening up, a new batch of enterprises were set up, advanced technology and equipment were introduced, some old enterprises were reformed, and Guangzhou industry made a qualitative leap forward. Taking Guangzhou as the research object, this paper probes into the internal relationship between industrial development and urban form from 1840 to 2000. Combined with the great political, economic and social changes in China, four historical periods were divided: the late Qing Dynasty (1840- 1911), the Republic of China (1912- 1949), the early period of the founding of the people's Republic (1949-1978) and the twenty years of reform and opening up (1978-2000). By combing the industrial development in each period and its layout in space, this paper studies dynamically the evolution process of industrial development and urban spatial form, and makes a horizontal comparison. Finally, the author summarizes the development of industrial and urban forms in hundreds of years and reveals its characteristics and development laws. The paper is divided into three parts. The first part is the introduction, which expounds the significance of the research, the research status, the research scope, the methods and the technical route of the paper. The second part is divided into four chapters. According to the above-mentioned historical period, the industrial development process and the evolution of urban morphology are described. In the big historical period, it divides into small periods, combs the motive mechanism of industrial development, the category of industry, the number of factories, the geographical distribution and so on, and obtains the dynamic curve of industrial development and the evolution track of urban form. And the development characteristics of each period are summarized. The last part is the conclusion. Based on the analysis of the second part, this paper makes a horizontal comparison of each period, summarizes the general characteristics of Guangzhou's industrial development and the evolution of urban morphology during 18402000, and probes into the internal relationship between the two. The paper also summarizes the limitations and shortcomings of the article, and provides inspiration for future research.
