制約我國建筑工業(yè)化發(fā)展的關鍵問題及應對措施研究

【摘要】:建筑工業(yè)化被認為是建筑業(yè)的朝陽產(chǎn)業(yè),通過預制構(gòu)件生產(chǎn)工廠化,施工裝配式,實現(xiàn)建筑的節(jié)能、環(huán)保、全生命周期的綠色建筑發(fā)展要求,可以形成設計、生產(chǎn)、施工一體化建筑建造運作系統(tǒng),具有設計標準化、部品工廠化、施工機械化、管理信息化等特點,提高了勞動效率、縮短了施工周期,并使建造質(zhì)量得到保障,提高了綜合效益。 目前我國在建筑工業(yè)化發(fā)展方面,通過制定相關政策,建立國家住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化示范基地引導建筑工業(yè)化的發(fā)展,但目前在成本、行業(yè)標準、預制率、生產(chǎn)規(guī)模、裝配化施工等方面的不足,使得建筑工業(yè)化發(fā)展道路還比較漫長。 我國的建筑工業(yè)化發(fā)展應該借鑒像美國、日本、德國、香港等國家在工業(yè)化體系方面的先進經(jīng)驗,從預制構(gòu)件的生產(chǎn)、施工技術(shù)等制約建筑工業(yè)化發(fā)展的因素方面進行控制,提高生產(chǎn)的規(guī);皖A制率,實現(xiàn)工業(yè)化建筑的全民化,提高整個國家的建筑工業(yè)化水平。 本文闡述了建筑工業(yè)化發(fā)展的內(nèi)涵,同時對現(xiàn)階段國內(nèi)外建筑工業(yè)化的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀詳細論述,并根據(jù)現(xiàn)狀進行對比分析,得到我國建筑工業(yè)化發(fā)展需要借鑒學習的方面,重點研究了制約我國建筑工業(yè)化發(fā)展的關鍵問題。針對國家的政策規(guī)范問題,提出實行合理的鼓勵政策,,建立和健全我國建筑工業(yè)化的政策和法律體系;對生產(chǎn)模式問題,提出了通過建立部品與構(gòu)配件通用體系和大規(guī)模定制的建議;對施工技術(shù)問題,提出了綜合建議和改進、發(fā)展建議,為我國建筑工業(yè)化的發(fā)展提出了自己的看法。
[Abstract]:Construction industrialization is considered to be the sunrise industry of the construction industry. Through the production of prefabricated components, construction assembly, building energy conservation, environmental protection, the whole life cycle of green building development requirements, can form design, production, The construction operation system of integrated construction has the characteristics of standardization of design, factorization of parts, mechanization of construction, information of management, etc., which improves labor efficiency, shortens construction period, and ensures construction quality. The comprehensive benefit is improved. At present, the development of construction industrialization in China is guided by the establishment of a national housing industrialization demonstration base through the formulation of relevant policies, but at present, the cost, industry standards, prefabrication rate, production scale, The shortage of assembly construction makes the road of building industrialization development longer. The development of construction industrialization in our country should draw lessons from the advanced experience of countries such as the United States, Japan, Germany, Hong Kong in the industrialization system, and control the factors that restrict the development of building industrialization, such as the production of prefabricated components and construction technology. To improve the scale and prefabrication rate of production, to realize the industrialization of industrial buildings and to improve the industrialization level of the whole country. This paper expounds the connotation of the development of architectural industrialization, and at the same time, discusses in detail the present situation of the development of architectural industrialization at home and abroad, and makes a comparative analysis according to the present situation. The key problems restricting the development of construction industrialization in China are studied emphatically. Aiming at the problems of national policies and norms, this paper puts forward the policy and legal system of establishing and perfecting the construction industrialization of our country by carrying out reasonable encouragement policies. This paper puts forward some suggestions on establishing a general system and mass customization of parts and components, and puts forward some comprehensive suggestions, improvement and development suggestions for the construction technical problems, and puts forward some opinions for the development of construction industrialization in our country.
