【摘要】：伴隨著全國各地鄉(xiāng)村旅游的發(fā)展,我們的村莊發(fā)展建設(shè)還是有很多問題暴露出來。對于生態(tài)自然資源豐富、工業(yè)發(fā)展資源短缺、建設(shè)難度較大的農(nóng)村地區(qū)來說,以鄉(xiāng)村旅游為主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)可以有效地轉(zhuǎn)變村莊經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu),增加農(nóng)民收入,發(fā)展農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)。因此,有必要對以鄉(xiāng)村旅游為導(dǎo)向的村莊規(guī)劃進(jìn)行有針對性地研究,特別是要將鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展和村莊地形地貌緊密結(jié)合,因勢利導(dǎo),通過合理科學(xué)的村莊規(guī)劃,保障鄉(xiāng)村旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展,并促使村莊實(shí)現(xiàn)“美麗鄉(xiāng)村”的建設(shè)發(fā)展目標(biāo)。 本文主要采用文獻(xiàn)研究、理論研究與實(shí)證研究相結(jié)合的方法。首先對鄉(xiāng)村旅游與村莊規(guī)劃的研究和發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行梳理,總結(jié)相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)。在理論研究部分,運(yùn)用相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ),研究分析出以發(fā)展鄉(xiāng)村旅游為主的新農(nóng)村建設(shè)和村莊規(guī)劃當(dāng)中存在問題的根源,并進(jìn)一步對村莊規(guī)劃和鄉(xiāng)村旅游進(jìn)行本質(zhì)性地認(rèn)識。通過對鄉(xiāng)村旅游的本質(zhì)解讀得出鄉(xiāng)村旅游的本質(zhì)即對鄉(xiāng)村生活世界的真實(shí)完整體驗(yàn)。通過對村莊規(guī)劃的反思,認(rèn)為村莊規(guī)劃必須回歸鄉(xiāng)村生活世界。從而以“生活世界”為核心,在鄉(xiāng)村旅游和村莊規(guī)劃之間建立起內(nèi)在統(tǒng)一關(guān)系。并以此為基礎(chǔ)提出以鄉(xiāng)村旅游為導(dǎo)向的村莊生態(tài)優(yōu)先、生活為本、旅游為進(jìn)的規(guī)劃策略。在實(shí)證研究部分,選取浙江金華市磐安縣東川村作為案例代表,運(yùn)用所構(gòu)建的理論體系,分析以鄉(xiāng)村旅游為導(dǎo)向的村莊規(guī)劃措施,力求實(shí)現(xiàn)對所構(gòu)建理論的有效檢驗(yàn)和村莊規(guī)劃的優(yōu)化。
[Abstract]:With the development of rural tourism all over the country, there are still many problems in our village development and construction. For the rural areas which are rich in ecological natural resources, short of industrial development resources and difficult to build, rural tourism as the leading industry can effectively change the economic structure of villages, increase farmers' income and develop rural economy. Therefore, it is necessary to study the village planning guided by rural tourism, especially to combine the development of rural tourism with the landform of villages closely, guide the situation, and adopt reasonable and scientific village planning. To ensure the sustainable development of rural tourism, and to promote the village to achieve the "beautiful village" construction and development goals. This article mainly uses the literature research, the theory research and the empirical research unifies the method. Firstly, the research and development of rural tourism and village planning are reviewed, and the relevant experiences and lessons are summarized. In the part of theoretical research, the author analyzes the root causes of the problems in the construction and planning of new countryside, which is mainly about the development of rural tourism, and makes an essential understanding of the rural planning and rural tourism. Through the interpretation of the nature of rural tourism, the essence of rural tourism is the real and complete experience of the world of rural life. Through the reflection of village planning, the author thinks that village planning must return to the world of rural life. Thus, the core of "life world" is to establish an internal unity relationship between rural tourism and village planning. On this basis, the paper puts forward the rural tourism oriented village ecological priority, life-oriented, tourism-oriented planning strategy. In the part of empirical research, Dongchuan Village of Panan County, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province is selected as a case study, and the rural tourism oriented village planning measures are analyzed by using the theoretical system constructed. To achieve the effective testing of the constructed theory and the optimization of village planning.
