【摘要】:在過去的十年里,2008年北京奧運會、2010年上海世博會、2010年廣州亞運會的成功舉辦,不僅讓中國站在了世界舞臺的中央,傳播了中國的文化,也給中國留下了許多集最新建筑科技與藝術于一身的智能建筑,智能建筑行業(yè)也步入了一個輝煌的時代。 隨著中國經(jīng)濟的快速增長,我國各行各業(yè)的企業(yè)信息化水平有了長足的進步。作為重要的物質生產(chǎn)部門,中國建筑業(yè)的信息化程度一直低于其他行業(yè),也遠低于發(fā)達國家的先進水平。建筑智能化企業(yè)作為建筑類企業(yè)的一員,集計算機、通訊、電子、自動化等專業(yè)于一身,應發(fā)揮自身優(yōu)勢,走在整個建筑業(yè)企業(yè)信息化的前列。 目前,針對建筑智能化企業(yè)的研究更多關注于工程項目施工管理,工程量清單與定額的比較、以及建筑智能化工程的質量控制等。較少有人關注建筑智能化企業(yè)的一個項目從信息收集、立項、合同簽訂、設計深化、施工、竣工、維護到結束的整個過程管理信息化,即:市場、銷售、設計、施工、維護等站在企業(yè)管理層的角度觀察項目的信息化。 本文通過研究分析了當前我國建筑智能化行業(yè)存在的問題、建筑智能化企業(yè)面臨的問題與信息化帶來的價值,提出信息化平臺構建的重要性。通過一家建筑智能化企業(yè)(也是一家IT企業(yè))的業(yè)務流程與信息平臺作為研究對象,從這個企業(yè)一個建筑智能化項目的信息收集開始至項目終止,研究在建筑智能化企業(yè)的信息平臺構建過程中作者認為信息系統(tǒng)所必需包含的軟件功能和硬件設施。通過對這個建筑智能化企業(yè)的市場營銷、銷售、招投標、設計細化、采購,施工管理,質量管理,人員管理,竣工驗收管理,工程維護其及售后試運行等工作流程環(huán)節(jié)的分析,并得出和實現(xiàn)了上述各個環(huán)節(jié)的信息系統(tǒng)軟件功能模塊與基礎硬件設施,同時研究了一些企業(yè)信息化時需要考慮的網(wǎng)絡架構、數(shù)據(jù)存儲、網(wǎng)絡攻擊與防范方面的問題。希望借此對有些還未構建信息平臺的建筑智能化企業(yè)一些啟示與參考,同時也與那些已經(jīng)初步構建信息平臺的同行相互借鑒,共同完善和改進這個行業(yè)的信息化程度,為我國這一行業(yè)信息化建設做出自己的一份貢獻。
[Abstract]:In the past ten years, the successful hosting of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, the 2010 Shanghai World Expo and the 2010 Guangzhou Asian Games not only made China stand in the center of the world stage, but also spread its culture. China has also left behind a lot of the latest building technology and art in an intelligent building, intelligent building industry has entered a glorious era. With the rapid growth of Chinese economy, the level of enterprise informatization in various industries in China has made great progress. As an important material production sector, the informatization level of China's construction industry has been lower than other industries, but also far lower than the advanced level of developed countries. As a member of the construction enterprises, the intelligent building enterprises are specialized in computer, communication, electronics, automation and so on. They should give play to their own advantages and walk in the forefront of the informatization of the whole construction enterprises. At present, more attention has been paid to the construction management of engineering projects, the comparison between bill of quantities and quota, and the quality control of intelligent building projects. Less attention has been paid to the information collection, project establishment, contract signing, design deepening, construction, completion, maintenance to the end of the whole process management informationization of an intelligent building enterprise, that is, market, sales, design, construction, Maintenance and other stand in the perspective of enterprise management to observe the project information. Through the research and analysis of the problems existing in the industry of building intelligence in our country, the problems faced by the construction intelligent enterprises and the value brought by the informationization, the importance of constructing the information platform is put forward in this paper. Through the business process and information platform of an intelligent building enterprise (also an IT enterprise) as the research object, from the beginning of the information collection of an intelligent building project to the end of the project, In the process of building intelligent enterprise information platform, the author thinks that the software function and hardware facilities must be included in the information system. Through the analysis of the marketing, sales, bidding, design refinement, procurement, construction management, quality management, personnel management, completion and acceptance management, project maintenance and post-sales trial operation of this intelligent building enterprise, At the same time, the network architecture, data storage, network attack and prevention are studied. I hope to take this to give some enlightenment and reference to some building intelligent enterprises that have not yet constructed the information platform, and at the same time, to learn from each other with those colleagues who have already initially constructed the information platform, so as to jointly improve and improve the informatization degree of this industry. For our country this profession information construction to make own contribution.
