【摘要】：通過對廈門市集美大學(xué)城周邊區(qū)域各因素進(jìn)行調(diào)研、數(shù)據(jù)分析和總結(jié),依托大學(xué)城的先天優(yōu)勢并合理利用區(qū)域內(nèi)不同特點(diǎn)的高校資源,提出"一校一特點(diǎn),一村一文化"的發(fā)展理念,探索有效規(guī)劃和統(tǒng)籌大學(xué)城周邊村鎮(zhèn)文化的發(fā)展途徑與改善策略,旨在改變中國大學(xué)城與周邊區(qū)域"有關(guān)系、少聯(lián)系"的普遍局面,提升大學(xué)城周邊村鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展?jié)摿?形成"同城化"效應(yīng),從而構(gòu)建大學(xué)城和周邊村鎮(zhèn)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的雙贏新模式。
[Abstract]:Through the investigation and analysis of the various factors surrounding the surrounding area of the city of Jimei University in Xiamen, based on the congenital advantages of the University City and the rational utilization of the different characteristics of the university resources in the region, the development ideas of "one school and one characteristic, one village and one culture" are put forward to explore the ways to effectively regulate and co-ordinate the development of village and town culture around the University City. The improvement strategy aims to change the general situation of "relationship and less connection" between China's University City and its surrounding areas, to promote the development potential of villages and towns around the University City, and to form a "urbanization" effect, so as to build a win-win new model for the coordinated development of the University City and the surrounding villages and towns.
