【摘要】：在“低碳”風(fēng)潮席卷各個(gè)領(lǐng)域的當(dāng)下,“可持續(xù)”成為各行各業(yè)最為推崇的形容詞。就規(guī)劃領(lǐng)域來(lái)看,低碳城市規(guī)劃繼城市更新、城市再開發(fā)、城市復(fù)興之后,承接物質(zhì)空間的形態(tài)發(fā)展,將“與自然相和諧、與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展相和諧、與社會(huì)發(fā)展相和諧”進(jìn)行延續(xù)。本文以低碳城市更新這一宏觀視角,選取城市中與人關(guān)系最為密切的步行空間作為研究對(duì)象,從微觀層面上對(duì)“低碳”進(jìn)行呼應(yīng)——作為交通系統(tǒng)中最普遍也是最經(jīng)濟(jì)的出行方式,步行毫無(wú)疑問是舊城內(nèi)低碳出行方式的代表之一,但當(dāng)前人們對(duì)機(jī)動(dòng)車的依賴使城市生活及城市形態(tài)發(fā)生著變化：步行空間的缺失使城市生活失去了原有傳承,依靠機(jī)動(dòng)車代步的城市尺度越來(lái)越難以控制,人與人之間的交往陷入被動(dòng)與冷漠。如何使城市,特別是舊城,在更新改造的過(guò)程中運(yùn)用低碳手法,符合人們對(duì)城市物質(zhì)及精神生活的期待,并煥發(fā)出其自有特色,正是本論文研究的意義所在。 本文先在第一章對(duì)課題研究背景及緣起進(jìn)行概況分析,對(duì)研究概念及范圍進(jìn)行界定,并通過(guò)研究視角與方法的闡明,力求把握在低碳城市更新視角下對(duì)舊城區(qū)步行空間的研究方向。 第二章對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)資料進(jìn)行梳理,從“城市更新”到“城市低碳更新”的中西方發(fā)展過(guò)程進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)要梳理,為論文研究視角的確立提供背景基礎(chǔ)；對(duì)城市步行空間的演變歷程進(jìn)行了發(fā)展方向上的分析,突出了步行這種出行方式對(duì)于整個(gè)城市的重要意義。 第三章及第四章通過(guò)對(duì)研究范圍內(nèi)公共空間的可步行性影響因素探討,結(jié)合問卷調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)的多重分析,對(duì)廣州舊城區(qū)步行空間的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行歸納,并以此引出本文核心——舊城區(qū)步行空間的營(yíng)造對(duì)于低碳城市更新的重要性。從實(shí)地考察與問卷調(diào)查中發(fā)現(xiàn)問題是本論文研究的立足點(diǎn)。 第五章針對(duì)研究范圍內(nèi)城市步行空問的現(xiàn)狀,提出符合可持續(xù)發(fā)展及人性化理念、能被納入低碳城市更新領(lǐng)域中實(shí)踐的策略。從整體到局部包括了特色步行空間的塑造、步行網(wǎng)絡(luò)的低碳優(yōu)化以及細(xì)節(jié)處人性化處理。利用研究理念對(duì)研究范圍進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)性實(shí)踐,為廣州舊城區(qū)步行空間的重拾與再營(yíng)造提供思路及方法。
[Abstract]:In the area of " low carbon " , " sustainable " becomes the most popular adjective in all walks of life . In the area of planning , the urban renewal , urban redevelopment , urban renewal and the development of social development are the most popular and most economical way of travel in urban areas .

In the first chapter , the background and origin of the subject research are analyzed , the concept and scope of the study are defined , and the research direction of the old urban pedestrian space in the view of low carbon city renewal is sought .

In the second chapter , the author sorts out the domestic and foreign literature data from the " urban renewal " to the " urban low carbon update " , and provides a background basis for the establishment of the research angle of the thesis ;
The evolution course of urban pedestrian space is analyzed in the direction of development , which highlights the importance of the way to the whole city .

In chapter 3 and chapter 4 , through the discussion of the influencing factors of the accessibility of public space in the study area , the present situation of the pedestrian space in the old urban area is summarized based on the multiple analysis of the questionnaire data , and the importance of the construction of the pedestrian space in the core of this paper is drawn out . The problems found in the field investigation and the questionnaire are the foothold of the study of the thesis .

In the fifth chapter , aiming at the present situation of urban walking space in the research area , this paper puts forward the strategy which accords with the sustainable development and the humanistic idea and can be integrated into the field of low carbon city renewal . From the whole to the part , it includes the shaping of the characteristic walking space , the low carbon optimization of the walking network and the humanized treatment in detail . The research scope is tested by using the research concept , which provides the thinking and method for the reconstruction and reconstruction of the pedestrian space in the old urban area of Guangzhou .
