不同應變率下Q345鋼材力學性能試驗研究

【摘要】:利用INSTRON拉伸試驗機和Zwick/Roell HTM5020型高速拉伸試驗機對Q345鋼材進行準靜態(tài)和高速拉伸試驗.采用ANSYS中的LS-DYNA模塊對不同加載速率下的拉伸試驗進行仿真模擬,通過試驗與仿真相結合的方式獲得了鋼材的真實應力應變曲線.仿真結果顯示,Q345鋼的真實應力應變關系在低應變率和高應變率下可分別近似用Ludwik模型和Voce模型描述.通過采用Hollomon準則和Voce準則的線性組合模型(H/V-R模型)對試驗數據進行擬合,驗證了H/V-R模型能比較準確地反映Q345鋼的應變率效應,但和試驗數據仍稍有偏差.為得到更優(yōu)的經驗型本構模型,將Wagoner的應變率準則引入H/V-R本構模型,進一步優(yōu)化得到了可準確反映Q345應變率效應的H/V-R2經驗型本構模型.
[Abstract]:Quasi-static and high-speed tensile tests of Q345 steel were carried out by using Inston tensile tester and Zwick / Roell HTM5020 high speed tensile tester. The LS-DYNA module in ANSYS is used to simulate the tensile test under different loading rates. The real stress-strain curve of steel is obtained by combining the test and simulation. The simulation results show that the true stress-strain relationship of Q345 steel can be approximately described by Ludwik model and Voce model at low strain rate and high strain rate, respectively. By fitting the test data with the Hollomon criterion and Voce criterion linear combination model (H / V R model), it is verified that the H / V R model can accurately reflect the strain rate effect of Q345 steel, but there is still a slight deviation from the test data. In order to obtain a better empirical constitutive model, the strain rate criterion of Wagoner is introduced into the H / V-R constitutive model, and the H / V-R2 empirical constitutive model which can accurately reflect the strain rate effect of Q345 is obtained.
