【摘要】:本文通過(guò)對(duì)現(xiàn)有的管道外防腐層檢測(cè)技術(shù)及儀器的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,結(jié)合多年來(lái)的檢驗(yàn)工作實(shí)際以及綜合考慮安全與經(jīng)濟(jì)因素后,提出了長(zhǎng)輸天然氣管道外檢測(cè)綜合技術(shù)方案。依據(jù)相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范的要求,提出了長(zhǎng)輸天然氣管道外腐蝕直接檢測(cè)的具體項(xiàng)目,將長(zhǎng)輸天然氣管道外檢測(cè)綜合技術(shù)研究方案應(yīng)用到長(zhǎng)輸天然氣管道全面檢驗(yàn)工作中,得出如下結(jié)論: 通過(guò)分析研究,提出的長(zhǎng)輸天然氣管道外檢測(cè)綜合技術(shù)研究方案能夠很好的符合長(zhǎng)輸管道定期檢驗(yàn)要求,方案流程設(shè)置合理,檢驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)可信度高,,已在本省多地長(zhǎng)輸天然氣管道定期檢驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目中應(yīng)用,工程應(yīng)用效果良好,為長(zhǎng)輸天然氣管道定期檢驗(yàn)下結(jié)論提供了可靠保證。 對(duì)長(zhǎng)輸天然氣管道防腐層的完整性進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),尤其是對(duì)確定防腐層破損點(diǎn)大小以及對(duì)破損點(diǎn)的精準(zhǔn)定位,將危害性較大的破損點(diǎn)進(jìn)行修補(bǔ),確保土壤與管道之間能很好的絕緣性,提高陰極保護(hù)的效果,利用了各種檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)儀器的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),揚(yáng)長(zhǎng)避短,克服各種檢測(cè)方法與檢驗(yàn)儀器的局限性,研究采用的多種技術(shù)綜合運(yùn)用方法,提高長(zhǎng)輸天然氣管道檢驗(yàn)效率;通過(guò)對(duì)長(zhǎng)輸天然氣管道外檢測(cè)工作,比照已有的外防腐層安全質(zhì)量狀況分級(jí)評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),通過(guò)分析沿管道而不斷變化的管地電位,能確定長(zhǎng)輸天然氣管道防腐層的總體平均質(zhì)量狀況;對(duì)受檢管道的陰極保護(hù)系統(tǒng)效果進(jìn)行客觀、準(zhǔn)確的評(píng)價(jià),判斷管線陰極保護(hù)系統(tǒng)是否在有效保護(hù)范圍內(nèi);綜合考慮安全與經(jīng)濟(jì)因素后,有針對(duì)性的選擇確實(shí)需進(jìn)行開(kāi)挖修復(fù)的管道防腐層破損點(diǎn)進(jìn)行開(kāi)挖修復(fù)。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages of the existing inspection techniques and instruments for the anticorrosion coating of pipelines are compared and analyzed, and the safety and economic factors are taken into account in combination with the practice of the inspection work for many years. A comprehensive technical scheme for external detection of long distance natural gas pipeline is put forward. According to the requirements of relevant standards and specifications, the specific project of direct detection of external corrosion of long distance natural gas pipeline is put forward, and the comprehensive technology research scheme of external inspection of long distance natural gas pipeline is applied to the comprehensive inspection of long distance natural gas pipeline. The conclusions are as follows: through the analysis and research, the comprehensive technology research scheme of external detection for long distance natural gas pipeline can meet the requirements of regular inspection of long distance pipeline well, the program flow is reasonable, and the test data is reliable. It has been applied in the project of periodic inspection of long distance natural gas pipeline in this province, and the application effect of the project is good, which provides a reliable guarantee for the conclusion of the periodic inspection of long distance natural gas pipeline. The integrity of anticorrosive coating of long distance natural gas pipeline is evaluated, especially in determining the size of the damage point of the anticorrosion layer and the precise location of the damaged point, and repairing the damaged point which is more harmful. To ensure good insulation between soil and pipeline, improve the effect of cathodic protection, make use of the advantages and disadvantages of various inspection and detection instruments, and overcome the limitations of various detection methods and inspection instruments. The comprehensive application of various technologies to improve the efficiency of long distance natural gas pipeline inspection, through the long distance natural gas pipeline inspection work, compared with the existing external anticorrosion coating safety quality evaluation standards, By analyzing the changing pipeline ground potential along the pipeline, the average quality of anticorrosive coating of long distance natural gas pipeline can be determined, and the effect of cathodic protection system of the pipeline under inspection can be evaluated objectively and accurately. Judging whether the pipeline cathodic protection system is in the effective protection range, considering the safety and economic factors synthetically, selecting the damaged point of pipeline anticorrosive coating that needs to be excavated and repaired.
