河口城市海岸災(zāi)害適應(yīng)性風(fēng)景園林設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:全球氣候變暖、海平面上升、海岸災(zāi)害加劇已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)代國(guó)際社會(huì)、政府、學(xué)術(shù)界普遍關(guān)注和研究的重點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。位于三角洲的河口城市同樣面臨著氣候變化帶來(lái)的嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)。一方面,河口城市位于特殊的河、海、陸三者交界面對(duì)于海岸災(zāi)害變化敏感脆弱。另一方面,河口城市高度集中的經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)和環(huán)境資源更容易受到海岸災(zāi)害破壞帶來(lái)嚴(yán)重后果。因此,如何增強(qiáng)河口城市環(huán)境對(duì)海岸災(zāi)害的適應(yīng)能力,避免不必要的損失和破壞是當(dāng)前河口城市建設(shè)和發(fā)展過(guò)程中急需解決的問(wèn)題。 本文首先分析了相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的研究背景,并對(duì)河口城市、海岸災(zāi)害及適應(yīng)性等核心名詞概念做了辨析和研究。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出了河口城市海岸災(zāi)害適應(yīng)性風(fēng)景園林設(shè)計(jì)的概念。同時(shí),基于河口城市綜合環(huán)境特征的研究,明確了海平面上升背景下河口城市的受災(zāi)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和影響因素。其次,論文結(jié)合風(fēng)景園林設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)視角,剖析了風(fēng)景園林設(shè)計(jì)理論和實(shí)踐研究發(fā)展過(guò)程中與本文災(zāi)害適應(yīng)性理論密切相關(guān)的城市綠地防災(zāi)設(shè)計(jì)理念、生態(tài)主義設(shè)計(jì)理念以及引導(dǎo)當(dāng)代城市建設(shè)和發(fā)展的景觀都市主義理念。在此背景下,本文構(gòu)建了河口城市海岸災(zāi)害適應(yīng)性風(fēng)景園林設(shè)計(jì)的評(píng)價(jià)模型。通過(guò)選取全球范圍內(nèi)十個(gè)河口城市的適應(yīng)性相關(guān)策略和措施作為評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系構(gòu)建的基礎(chǔ),建立相應(yīng)的指標(biāo)體系層級(jí),開(kāi)展評(píng)價(jià)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。并根據(jù)評(píng)價(jià)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查結(jié)果,通過(guò)利用AHP層次分析法研究了風(fēng)景園林設(shè)計(jì)與現(xiàn)有適應(yīng)性策略和措施相關(guān)因素之間的關(guān)聯(lián)性。再次,論文以評(píng)價(jià)的結(jié)果為基礎(chǔ)結(jié)合風(fēng)景園林設(shè)計(jì)理論提出了四個(gè)不同層面的適應(yīng)性設(shè)計(jì)具體實(shí)施策略,即基于土地利用模式的適應(yīng)性設(shè)計(jì)、基于防御工程基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的適應(yīng)性設(shè)計(jì)、基于自然動(dòng)態(tài)過(guò)程的適應(yīng)性設(shè)計(jì)、基于景觀技術(shù)革新的適應(yīng)性設(shè)計(jì),四個(gè)層面從宏觀到微觀,從整體到局部,結(jié)合當(dāng)前相關(guān)理論和實(shí)踐探索詳細(xì)分析討論了具體的適應(yīng)性設(shè)計(jì)方式。最后,本文分析了影響河口城市海岸災(zāi)害適應(yīng)性風(fēng)景園林設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)施的相關(guān)因素,分別從設(shè)計(jì)的政策法規(guī)制定、設(shè)計(jì)的目標(biāo)動(dòng)態(tài)機(jī)制、設(shè)計(jì)的公眾參與機(jī)制三個(gè)方面詳細(xì)討論了如何推動(dòng)和促進(jìn)河口城市海岸災(zāi)害適應(yīng)性風(fēng)景園林設(shè)計(jì)策略的開(kāi)展。
[Abstract]:Global warming, sea level rise, coastal disasters have become a contemporary international community, government, academia and the focus of attention and research. Estuarine cities in the delta also face severe challenges from climate change. On the one hand, estuarine cities are sensitive to coastal disasters at the interface of special rivers, sea and land. On the other hand, the highly concentrated economic, social and environmental resources of estuarine cities are more vulnerable to the damage caused by coastal disasters. Therefore, how to enhance the adaptability of estuarine urban environment to coastal disasters and avoid unnecessary loss and destruction is an urgent problem in the process of urban construction and development of estuaries. The concepts of estuarine city, coastal disaster and adaptability are analyzed and studied. On this basis, the concept of adaptive landscape architecture design for estuarine and coastal disasters is put forward. At the same time, based on the study of the comprehensive environmental characteristics of estuarine cities, the disaster risk and influencing factors of estuarine cities under the background of sea level rise are determined. Secondly, combined with landscape architecture design, this paper analyzes the theory and practice of landscape architecture design, which is closely related to the disaster adaptability theory of urban green space disaster prevention design concept. The concept of ecological design and landscape urbanism guiding the construction and development of contemporary cities. In this context, the evaluation model of adaptive landscape architecture design for estuarine and coastal disasters is constructed. By selecting the adaptive strategies and measures of ten estuarine cities around the world as the basis for the construction of the evaluation index system, the corresponding index system levels were established and the evaluation questionnaire was carried out. Based on the results of the evaluation questionnaire, the relationship between landscape architecture design and the relevant factors of existing adaptive strategies and measures was studied by AHP. Thirdly, based on the results of evaluation and the theory of landscape architecture design, the paper puts forward four specific implementation strategies of adaptive design based on land use mode, that is, adaptive design based on land use mode. Based on adaptive design of defense engineering infrastructure, adaptive design based on natural dynamic process, adaptive design based on landscape technology innovation, four levels from macro to micro, from whole to part, Combined with the current relevant theory and practice to explore the detailed analysis and discussion of the specific adaptive design methods. Finally, this paper analyzes the relevant factors that affect the implementation of adaptive landscape architecture design of estuarine and coastal disasters, respectively from the design of policies and regulations, the design of the dynamic mechanism of the objectives, Three aspects of the public participation mechanism of the design discussed in detail how to promote and promote the estuarine and coastal disaster adaptive landscape design strategy.
