【摘要】：在氣候變化的大背景下,城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)暴露出眾多問(wèn)題。城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程下,小城鎮(zhèn)尤其是旅游小城鎮(zhèn)因其特殊的旅游開(kāi)發(fā)背景,基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)的生態(tài)、社會(huì)服務(wù)水平越來(lái)越受到重視。在大城市應(yīng)對(duì)氣候變化頻出問(wèn)題的前車(chē)之鑒下,防范于未然,基于良好生態(tài)環(huán)境下的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施氣候適應(yīng)性設(shè)計(jì)是關(guān)鍵。通過(guò)景觀(guān)與基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的結(jié)合,基于氣候適應(yīng)性設(shè)計(jì),能夠在旅游小城鎮(zhèn)的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的建設(shè)中找到功能與環(huán)境的平衡點(diǎn)。 本文通過(guò)對(duì)景觀(guān)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施發(fā)展歷程的回顧與研究,找到景觀(guān)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施基于氣候適應(yīng)性設(shè)計(jì)的研究角度,分析基于氣候適應(yīng)性的景觀(guān)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施設(shè)計(jì)特征,并針對(duì)四種氣候因子(降水、風(fēng)、日照、氣溫)找出氣候?qū)坝^(guān)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施設(shè)計(jì)的影響,為后續(xù)研究提供理論支撐�；诼糜涡〕擎�(zhèn)的演化發(fā)展要求,重新審視旅游小城鎮(zhèn)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的現(xiàn)狀以及問(wèn)題,根據(jù)氣候環(huán)境對(duì)旅游發(fā)展的影響,從氣候環(huán)境適應(yīng)性和氣候功能適應(yīng)性?xún)煞矫嬲业铰糜涡〕擎?zhèn)景觀(guān)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施氣候適應(yīng)性設(shè)計(jì)的要求以及突破點(diǎn)。 根據(jù)旅游小城鎮(zhèn)的特征,基于氣候適應(yīng)性,結(jié)合現(xiàn)有的旅游小城鎮(zhèn)景觀(guān)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)情況,選取交通景觀(guān)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、雨洪處理景觀(guān)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、康樂(lè)游憩景觀(guān)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施三種類(lèi)型入手,結(jié)合四川多個(gè)旅游小城鎮(zhèn)的案例分析,探討氣候適應(yīng)性設(shè)計(jì)策略。最后,以云南廣南地母文化小城鎮(zhèn)景觀(guān)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施規(guī)劃為例,為基于氣候適應(yīng)性的旅游小城鎮(zhèn)景觀(guān)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的研究提供參考和實(shí)踐驗(yàn)證。 本文基于氣候適應(yīng)性景觀(guān)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施設(shè)計(jì)的提出,找到了結(jié)合氣候設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施資源功能完善和效率提升的突破口,并為旅游小城鎮(zhèn)的景觀(guān)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施網(wǎng)絡(luò)構(gòu)架體系的構(gòu)建提出了重要的理論實(shí)踐支撐。
[Abstract]:In the context of climate change, urban infrastructure construction exposed many problems. Under the process of urbanization, small towns, especially tourist towns, are paid more and more attention to because of their special background of tourism development, ecological and social service level of infrastructure construction. In the light of the frequent problems of climate change in large cities, the key is to design the climate adaptability of infrastructure based on good ecological environment. Through the combination of landscape and infrastructure, based on the design of climate adaptability, the balance point of function and environment can be found in the construction of infrastructure in small tourist towns. By reviewing and studying the development of landscape infrastructure, this paper finds out the research angle of landscape infrastructure based on climate adaptive design, and analyzes the characteristics of landscape infrastructure design based on climate adaptability. Aiming at four climatic factors (precipitation, wind, sunshine and temperature), the influence of climate on landscape infrastructure design is found out, which provides theoretical support for further research. Based on the requirements of the evolution and development of small tourism towns, this paper reexamines the present situation and problems of the infrastructure of tourism small towns, and according to the impact of climate environment on tourism development, From the aspects of climate environment adaptability and climate function adaptability, the requirements and breakthrough points of climate adaptability design of landscape infrastructure in small tourist towns are found. According to the characteristics of small tourist towns, based on the climate adaptability, combined with the existing tourism towns landscape infrastructure construction, select the traffic landscape infrastructure, rain and flood treatment landscape infrastructure, Based on the three types of Kang Le recreational landscape infrastructure and the case study of several small tourist towns in Sichuan, the design strategy of climate adaptability is discussed. Finally, taking the landscape infrastructure planning of small towns in Guang Nan of Yunnan Province as an example, it provides a reference and practical verification for the study of landscape infrastructure of tourism small towns based on climate adaptability. Based on the proposal of climate adaptive landscape infrastructure design, this paper finds a breakthrough in improving the function and efficiency of infrastructure resources combined with climate design. It also provides an important theoretical and practical support for the construction of the network system of landscape infrastructure in small tourist towns.
