【摘要】：改革開放以來,我國建筑業(yè)進入了高速發(fā)展的時期,一度成為國民經(jīng)濟新的增長點。社會資金的紛紛涌入,使得建設項目的建設規(guī)模和投資規(guī)模都實現(xiàn)了跨越式的發(fā)展。建設工程的施工質量對整個工程項目的成功產(chǎn)生直接的影響,同時建筑工程的質量問題也對我國經(jīng)濟的健康發(fā)展產(chǎn)生較為深遠的影響。因此對建設項目施工質量的管理工作提出了更高的要求,對于建設項目施工質量管理體系的深入研究工作亦勢在必行�；诖�,本文以壽光市文化創(chuàng)意大廈建設項目為藍本開展施工質量管理研究具有重要的理論研究和現(xiàn)實意義。本文在充分研究建設工程質量管理基本理論和方法的基礎上,結合具體工程實例對施工質量管理問題進行了研究和探討。首先,簡單介紹了質量管理和控制的研究背景、意義以及在國內外的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和本文的體系結構；其次,對施工質量管理的內容、特點及工程項目質量管理,用因果分析圖法和控制圖法的方法進行探究與分析,奠定本文研究的理論基礎。然后,本文結合壽光市文化創(chuàng)意大廈項目施工質量管理的案例進行實證分析,介紹了壽光市文化創(chuàng)意大廈建設項目的概況、建設方案及項目施工質量管理目標與實施計劃。本文通過建立實證分析模型,探究壽光市文化創(chuàng)意大廈項目施工質量管理存在的問題及原因,采用層次分析法對項目存在的風險進行識別和評價。最后,建立壽光市文化創(chuàng)意大廈項目施工質量監(jiān)督方案,以期為以后類似項目的施工質量管理提供一定的借鑒。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's construction industry has entered a period of rapid development and once became a new growth point of the national economy. With the influx of social funds, the construction scale and investment scale of construction projects have developed by leaps and bounds. The construction quality of the construction project has a direct impact on the success of the whole project, and the quality problem of the construction project also has a profound impact on the healthy development of our economy. Therefore, higher requirements are put forward for the management of construction quality of construction projects, and it is imperative to further study the construction quality management system of construction projects. Based on this, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to carry out construction quality management research based on Shouguang Cultural and Creative Building Construction Project. On the basis of fully studying the basic theory and method of construction engineering quality management, this paper studies and discusses the construction quality management problem with concrete engineering examples. First of all, the research background, significance, development status at home and abroad and the architecture of this paper are briefly introduced. Secondly, the content, characteristics and project quality management of construction quality management are introduced. The method of causality analysis and control chart is used to explore and analyze, which lays the theoretical foundation of this paper. Then, combining with the case of Shouguang cultural and creative building construction quality management, this paper introduces the general situation of Shouguang cultural and creative building construction project, construction plan and project construction quality management objectives and implementation plan. By establishing an empirical analysis model, this paper probes into the problems and causes of the construction quality management of Shouguang Cultural and Creative Mansion Project, and uses AHP to identify and evaluate the risks existing in the project. Finally, the construction quality supervision scheme of Shouguang Cultural and Creative Building project is established in order to provide some reference for the construction quality management of similar projects in the future.
