【摘要】：兒童是一個(gè)特殊的群體,具有生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育旺盛、變化快、可塑性大的特點(diǎn),無論生理、心理都與成人有很大的不同。兒童醫(yī)院是最主要的兒童醫(yī)療的載體,在兒童成長(zhǎng)過程中扮演著重要的角色,為他們的健康保駕護(hù)航。 如今,在兒童醫(yī)院的設(shè)計(jì)和使用中,內(nèi)部空間的質(zhì)量越來越為人們所重視。因此,兒童醫(yī)院內(nèi)部空間的研究越來越多的涉及與其他學(xué)科的交叉結(jié)合,尤其是兒童心理學(xué)這一領(lǐng)域。如何讓設(shè)計(jì)師和管理者充分考慮兒童作為使用者的心理特征與心理需求,在此基礎(chǔ)上有效地規(guī)劃和設(shè)計(jì)兒童醫(yī)院的內(nèi)部空間,是本文研究的重點(diǎn)。 文章分為五個(gè)部分。第一部分是提出問題的部分,介紹了有關(guān)論文相關(guān)背景和資料：包括課題的研究背景和意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究綜述、研究對(duì)象和范圍的界定以及本課題的獨(dú)特性和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。 第二部分主要是對(duì)兒童心理學(xué)及兒童各種特征的相關(guān)知識(shí)理論的闡述及針對(duì)課題所進(jìn)行的分析總結(jié),并根據(jù)上一部分理論基礎(chǔ),針對(duì)兒童醫(yī)院內(nèi)部空間的平面布局、色彩設(shè)計(jì)、光線設(shè)計(jì)和材料選擇等分別進(jìn)行了深入的探討。在此基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)現(xiàn)有的兒童心理學(xué)的研究,結(jié)合相關(guān)的室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)和建筑設(shè)計(jì)的理論知識(shí),歸納出適應(yīng)兒童心理特征的兒童醫(yī)院內(nèi)部空間的設(shè)計(jì)原則和方法。 第三部分是文章解決問題的部分,即核心部分。進(jìn)行了針對(duì)兒童醫(yī)院的主要使用人群—兒童,進(jìn)行了兒童醫(yī)院內(nèi)部空間舒適度的調(diào)查。選擇了鄭州市的三個(gè)典型的兒童醫(yī)院作為調(diào)查地點(diǎn),并把空間環(huán)境舒適度、使用者和空間需求的關(guān)系設(shè)計(jì)成調(diào)查問卷,在這些兒童醫(yī)院內(nèi)對(duì)兒童進(jìn)行了訪談與問卷調(diào)查。最終回收有效問卷500余份,從而比較全面地掌握了該地區(qū)兒童醫(yī)院空間環(huán)境舒適度、使用者和空間需求等數(shù)據(jù)的資料。在這些數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)兒童醫(yī)院內(nèi)部空間的使用者的樣本特征、空間環(huán)境舒適度的樣本特征和空間需求的樣本特征進(jìn)行了深入分析。 第四部分是綜合設(shè)計(jì)部分,首先總結(jié)了前三部分的研究?jī)?nèi)容,提出了兒童醫(yī)院內(nèi)部空間設(shè)計(jì)的五項(xiàng)原則,即符合兒童心理特殊性原則、符合空間功能與性質(zhì)原則、符合新醫(yī)療模式的要求原則、重視舒適度與治愈效果原則和協(xié)調(diào)統(tǒng)一各元素原則。進(jìn)而根據(jù)這些這些原則,以護(hù)理單元間為例,進(jìn)行了平面布局、色彩設(shè)計(jì)、光線設(shè)計(jì)和材料運(yùn)用方面,闡述了如何將兒童心理學(xué)應(yīng)用于兒童醫(yī)院內(nèi)部空間的設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐過程。 在兒童醫(yī)療環(huán)境受到越來越多的關(guān)注的背景下,基于兒童心理學(xué)的兒童醫(yī)院內(nèi)部空間研究與結(jié)果必將為兒童醫(yī)院內(nèi)部空間的改善提供全新的設(shè)計(jì)理念。
[Abstract]:Children are a special group , and have the characteristics of vigorous growth , rapid change and plasticity . The children ' s hospital is the most important carrier of children ' s medical care , plays an important role in the children ' s growth process , and holds the escort for their health .

Nowadays , in the design and use of children ' s hospital , the quality of the inner space is more and more important . Therefore , the research on the interior space of children ' s hospital is more and more concerned with the cross - combination of children ' s psychology , especially in the field of child psychology . How to let the designers and administrators take fully into account the psychological characteristics and psychological needs of children as users , on this basis , it is the focus of the study .

The article is divided into five parts . The first part is the part of the problem , introduces the background and information about the paper , including the research background and significance of the subject , the summary of relevant research at home and abroad , the definition of the research object and scope , and the uniqueness and innovation point of the subject .

The second part is mainly about the elaboration of the relevant knowledge theory of child psychology and children ' s various characteristics and the analysis and summary of the subject , and according to the theory foundation of the previous part , according to the research of the existing children psychology , combining with the relevant indoor design and the theory knowledge of the architectural design , the design principle and method of the inner space of children ' s hospital adapted to children ' s psychological characteristics are summarized .

The third part is the part of solving the problem , namely , the core part . The investigation of the comfort of the inner space of the children ' s hospital is carried out . Three typical children ' s hospitals in Zhengzhou are selected as the investigation sites , and the relationship between the comfort of the space environment , the users and the space requirements is designed into a questionnaire .

The fourth part is the comprehensive design part , firstly summarizes the research contents of the first three parts , puts forward the five principles of the inner space design of children ' s hospital , that is , accord with the principle of the particularity of children ' s psychology , accord with the principles of space function and property , accord with the principle of the requirement of new medical model , pay attention to the principle of comfort and cure effect and harmonize the elements principle .

In the context of more and more attention in children ' s medical environment , the research and results of the inner space of children ' s hospital based on child psychology will provide a brand - new idea for improving the inner space of children ' s hospital .
