混雜纖維增強RPC加固混凝土梁抗彎性能

【摘要】:為了研究混雜纖維增強活性粉末混凝土(HFRPC)的加固效果,進行了高強鋼筋HFRPC加固普通鋼筋混凝土梁抗彎性能的試驗和理論研究,并與未加固梁比較。共完成7根梁抗彎試驗,其中1根是未加固梁,6根為HFRPC加固梁。變化參數為:HFRPC厚度、HFRPC與舊混凝土界面粘結方式和粘貼纖維布等。試驗結果表明:采用高強鋼筋HFRPC加固梁能有效提高抗彎承載力,HFRPC加固層與舊混凝土粘結牢靠,未發(fā)生脫粘破壞;HFRPC加固層裂縫數量眾多、寬度明顯減小;舊混凝土表面經鑿坑處理比鑿溝處理的加固梁承載力更大;HFRPC中配置高強鋼筋,能發(fā)揮高強鋼筋優(yōu)勢;HFRPC加固層厚度40 mm比30 mm梁抗彎承載力提高5%;采用纖維布箍約束新舊混凝土,可阻止彎曲裂縫擴展,峰值荷載后承載力下降較慢。最后,給出了加固梁開裂荷載、屈服荷載和極限承載力計算公式,計算值與試驗結果吻合較好。
[Abstract]:In order to study the reinforcement effect of hybrid fiber reinforced active powder concrete (HFRPC), a test and theoretical study on bending resistance of ordinary reinforced concrete beams strengthened with high strength reinforcement HFRPC was carried out. Compared with the unreinforced beam, 7 beams were tested, of which 1 were unreinforced and 6 were HFRPC reinforced beams. The change parameters were HFRPC thickness, HF RPC and the old concrete interface bonding method and adhesive fiber cloth etc. test results show that the use of high strength reinforcement HFRPC reinforcement beam can effectively improve the bending bearing capacity, HFRPC reinforcement layer and old concrete bond firmly, without debonding damage; the number of cracks in the HFRPC reinforcement layer is numerous, the width is obviously reduced, the old concrete surface by chisel treatment than chisel ditch. The reinforced beam has greater bearing capacity, and high strength steel in HFRPC can give full play to the advantages of high strength steel. The thickness of HFRPC reinforcement is 40 mm to 30 mm beam, and the bending bearing capacity of the beam is increased by 5%. The flexural crack can be restrained by the use of fiber cloth hoop, which can prevent the expansion of the bending crack and the bearing capacity after the peak load is slow. Finally, the cracking load of the reinforced beam is given and yield is given. Yield yield is given. The calculated values of load and ultimate bearing capacity agree well with the test results.
