【摘要】:建筑行業(yè)消耗大量世界資源的同時(shí)也對(duì)社會(huì)和整個(gè)世界的環(huán)境產(chǎn)生顯著的影響,例如溫室氣體,同樣都市擴(kuò)展中的泰國(guó)在城市快速增長(zhǎng)中也產(chǎn)生了各種污染問題,這些問題僅有資源再回收和增加植樹面積是不夠的。因此可持續(xù)建筑像綠色建筑,必須著重減少行業(yè)產(chǎn)生的環(huán)境損害問題。由于綠色建筑在最幾年越來(lái)越受到矚目,它的市場(chǎng)需求也將迅速在未來(lái)加速膨脹,是設(shè)計(jì)和施工團(tuán)隊(duì)從客戶或開發(fā)公司的需求中將這樣的概念理想落實(shí)為真實(shí)的建筑,因此綠色建筑項(xiàng)目成功與否在某種程度上取決于設(shè)計(jì)和施工團(tuán)隊(duì)。然而目前只有少數(shù)企業(yè)知道如何設(shè)計(jì)、施工并同時(shí)應(yīng)用綠建筑工法。因此,找出泰國(guó)在綠色建筑項(xiàng)目交付過程中可能影響的因素將對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)和施工團(tuán)隊(duì)帶來(lái)顯著的益處和意識(shí)。這項(xiàng)研究的主要目的是為設(shè)計(jì)施工團(tuán)隊(duì)和項(xiàng)目參者明確一系列的重要因素和關(guān)鍵的架構(gòu)且引導(dǎo)他們?cè)谔﹪?guó)提供成功的綠色建筑項(xiàng)目。結(jié)果顯示類別因素的重要性;首排名的因素都從這三種被分類。然后進(jìn)而發(fā)現(xiàn)這些因素之間的基本關(guān)系,因子分析方法則又將這些因素縮小到更關(guān)鍵的簇團(tuán),因此有助于成功綠色建筑項(xiàng)目的關(guān)鍵成功因素框架是建立在這項(xiàng)研究中。該框架假設(shè)并建議成功的綠色建筑項(xiàng)目是由項(xiàng)目參與方、管理相關(guān)的因素和項(xiàng)目參與者的綠色技術(shù)能力等相關(guān)因素組成,其中項(xiàng)目參與者的成果還取決于項(xiàng)目相關(guān)與其外部因素。此模型只限於泰國(guó)綠色建筑LEED或TREES的認(rèn)證,且集中於新建項(xiàng)目和主要裝修評(píng)級(jí)系統(tǒng)方面,從這項(xiàng)研究結(jié)果希望能給建筑師、工程師、顧問和承包商提供一個(gè)可預(yù)測(cè)性且能提高其性能的指南并有效地交付成功的綠建筑項(xiàng)目。最后,此研究結(jié)論和建議都是對(duì)於未來(lái)改善的基礎(chǔ)作討論。
[Abstract]:While the construction industry consumes a great deal of world resources, it also has a significant impact on society and the environment of the world as a whole, such as greenhouse gases, and Thailand, which is expanding its cities, also has a variety of pollution problems in its rapid urban growth. These problems are not enough only to recycle resources and increase tree-planting area. Therefore, sustainable buildings, like green buildings, must focus on reducing the environmental damage caused by the industry. Since green buildings have been attracting more and more attention in recent years, its market demand will expand rapidly in the future. It is the design and construction team that will translate such concepts into real buildings from the needs of customers or development companies. So the success of the green building project depends to some extent on the design and construction team. However, only a few enterprises know how to design, construct and apply green construction method. Therefore, identifying the factors that may affect the delivery of green building projects in Thailand will bring significant benefits and awareness to the design and construction team. The main purpose of the study was to identify a range of key factors and key structures for design and construction teams and project participants and to guide them in providing successful green building projects in Thailand. The results show the importance of category factors; the factors in the top ranking are classified from these three categories. Then the basic relationship between these factors is found, and the factor analysis method reduces these factors to more critical clusters. Therefore, the key success factor framework for successful green building projects is based on this study. The framework assumes and recommends that successful green building projects consist of project participants, management factors and the green technology capabilities of project participants, The outcome of the project participants also depends on the project and its external factors. The model is limited to LEED or TREES certification for green buildings in Thailand and focuses on new projects and major decoration rating systems. Consultants and contractors provide a predictable and performance-enhancing guide and deliver successful green building projects effectively. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations of this study are discussed on the basis of future improvement.
