【摘要】：本課題從城市設計的視角出發(fā)，以整合設計作為建筑綜合體與城市公共空間結合的契機，，通過對建筑綜合體與城市公共空間多層次、多要素空間環(huán)境有機融合的研究，為建筑綜合體更加頻繁高效的介入到城市的動態(tài)循環(huán)系統(tǒng)中起到一定的引導促進作用。 本課題首先通過對所研究范疇的國內外現(xiàn)狀分析，系統(tǒng)闡述了建筑綜合體與城市公共空間整合設計的相關概念等基礎理論，并基于對建筑綜合體與城市公共空間關系的現(xiàn)狀調研，總結了兩者之間普遍存在的問題以及整合特征，提出整合的必要性。從而推進了建筑綜合體與城市公共空間整合設計發(fā)展趨向及其要素的研究，構建了兩者整合設計的指導性原則框架。最后，歸納出建筑綜合體與城市公共空間整合設計策略，并結合相關實例的具體應用作出論證說明，指出整合設計策略對建筑綜合體與城市公共空間有機融合的現(xiàn)實意義及可實施性。 本課題旨在通過建筑綜合體與城市公共空間的整合，創(chuàng)造出高效、便捷、舒適的公眾活動空間，適應新時代人們對建筑綜合體與城市公共空間的多元化需求。同時，也渴望當代規(guī)劃師和建筑師在實際操作時能強化對建筑綜合體與城市公共空間整合觀念的應用，以快速推進建筑綜合體與城市公共空間一體化的進程。
[Abstract]:From the point of view of urban design, this paper takes integrated design as an opportunity to combine architectural complex with urban public space, and studies the organic integration of multi-level and multi-element space environment between architectural complex and urban public space.For the building complex more frequent and efficient intervention in the city's dynamic circulation system play a role in guidance and promotion.First of all, through the analysis of the current situation at home and abroad, this paper systematically expounds the basic theory of the integrated design of the building complex and the urban public space, and so on.Based on the investigation of the relationship between the building complex and the urban public space, this paper summarizes the common problems and the characteristics of the integration between the two, and puts forward the necessity of the integration.Thus, the research on the development trend and elements of the integrated design of building complex and urban public space is advanced, and the guiding principle frame of the integrated design between the two is constructed.Finally, the integrated design strategy of building complex and urban public space is summarized, and the concrete application of relevant examples is demonstrated and explained.This paper points out the practical significance and implementability of integrated design strategy for the organic integration of architectural complex and urban public space.The purpose of this paper is to create an efficient, convenient and comfortable public activity space through the integration of architectural complex and urban public space, and to adapt to the diversified needs of architectural complex and urban public space in the new era.At the same time, it is also eager for contemporary planners and architects to strengthen the application of the concept of integration of architectural complex and urban public space in practice, so as to accelerate the process of integration of architectural complex and urban public space.
