【摘要】：中馬欽州產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)是中國和馬來西亞兩國政府合作的第一個園區(qū),坐落于廣西北部灣經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)欽州市,中馬欽州產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)作為中馬雙邊合作最便捷的通道,為深化中國和馬來西亞的經(jīng)濟(jì)文化交流和經(jīng)貿(mào)投資合作提供園區(qū)載體。然而,工程項(xiàng)目涉及的單位眾多,項(xiàng)目本身的體系復(fù)雜,對于環(huán)境的要求較高,在施工時間很長的前提下還要減少不確定性造成的影響。外部宏觀層面的影響因素也很多,比如國家政策的穩(wěn)定性以及經(jīng)濟(jì)整體表現(xiàn)等,容易導(dǎo)致計(jì)劃工期與實(shí)際工期之間存在一定的差距。因此,必須嚴(yán)格控制中馬欽州產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)廠房工程項(xiàng)目的施工進(jìn)度,必須按期、保質(zhì)、高效地完成施工任務(wù),為中馬欽州產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)往后的各類項(xiàng)目的順利實(shí)施和開展奠定堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ),為中國與馬來西亞經(jīng)貿(mào)往來樹立良好的口碑,營造良好的交流環(huán)境。本文擬探討中馬欽州產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)廠房工程項(xiàng)目施工中的進(jìn)度管理問題,對中馬欽州產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)廠房工程項(xiàng)目的基本情況進(jìn)行概述,從項(xiàng)目的工作分解結(jié)構(gòu)、工期估算與資源估算、項(xiàng)目施工活動邏輯關(guān)系判斷等方面綜合分析,制定出中馬欽州產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)廠房工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃；利用掙值法,對中馬欽州產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)廠房工程項(xiàng)目施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃控制；結(jié)合本項(xiàng)目的具體實(shí)施,對項(xiàng)目工期提出了若干保證措施,同時,結(jié)合本工期較長的特點(diǎn)和欽州市的氣候特征,制定了冬季、風(fēng)季和雨季的施工手段。本文在全面考慮項(xiàng)目工程管理的特征的基礎(chǔ)上,著重對于各種優(yōu)化方法的使用程度進(jìn)行了探討。對于改善企業(yè)項(xiàng)目施工管理效益,最終增強(qiáng)企業(yè)自身競爭力都有重要的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:The China-Malaysia Industrial Park is the first park for cooperation between the governments of China and Malaysia. It is located in Qinzhou City, Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone, and serves as the most convenient channel for bilateral cooperation between China and Malaysia. In order to deepen the economic and cultural exchanges between China and Malaysia and to provide a carrier for economic, trade and investment cooperation, however, the project involves a large number of units, the system of the project itself is complex, and the requirements for the environment are high. On the premise of a very long construction period, we should also reduce the impact of uncertainty. There are also many factors affecting the external macro level, such as the stability of national policies and the overall performance of the economy. It is easy to lead to a certain gap between the planned and actual construction period. Therefore, it is necessary to strictly control the construction schedule of the standard factory building project in Zhongmaqinzhou Industrial Park, and must complete the construction tasks on time, quality and efficiency. To lay a solid foundation for the smooth implementation and development of all kinds of projects in the future of China and Malaysia Industrial Park, and to establish a good reputation for economic and trade exchanges between China and Malaysia. This paper intends to discuss the progress management in the construction of the standard factory building project in Zhongmaqinzhou Industrial Park, and summarize the basic situation of the standard factory building project in the Machin Zhou Industrial Park. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the work breakdown structure of the project, the estimation of time limit and resources, and the judgment of logical relationship of construction activities of the project, the progress plan of the standard factory building project in Zhongma Qinzhou Industrial Park is worked out, and the earned value method is used to make use of the earned value method. The construction schedule of the standard factory building project in Zhongma Qinzhou Industrial Park is controlled, and combined with the concrete implementation of this project, some guarantee measures are put forward for the construction period of the project, at the same time, combined with the characteristics of the long construction period and the climatic characteristics of Qinzhou City, The construction methods of winter, wind season and rainy season are worked out. On the basis of overall consideration of the characteristics of project engineering management, this paper probes into the use degree of various optimization methods, and improves the benefit of project construction management in enterprises. The ultimate enhancement enterprise oneself competitive ability has the important guiding significance.
