【摘要】： 目前我國(guó)進(jìn)入了城市化快速發(fā)展的時(shí)期,在這個(gè)過(guò)程中,逐步出現(xiàn)了城市擁擠、交通堵塞、環(huán)境污染、空間緊張、生態(tài)質(zhì)量下降等一系列城市問(wèn)題。與此同時(shí),人們對(duì)生活環(huán)境、生活質(zhì)量、生存狀態(tài)的要求也在不斷發(fā)生變化,并且總體上需求越來(lái)越復(fù)雜、要求越來(lái)越高,這個(gè)必然的進(jìn)化趨勢(shì)導(dǎo)致人們?cè)絹?lái)越關(guān)心人居環(huán)境及自身的生存狀態(tài)。如何建設(shè)我們的城市,是當(dāng)代人急需認(rèn)真考慮的緊迫問(wèn)題。而建設(shè)宜居城市,改善人民生活環(huán)境,合理構(gòu)建城市生態(tài)體系,實(shí)現(xiàn)城市可持續(xù)發(fā)展,無(wú)疑為解決城市問(wèn)題提供了一種合理的參考模式和切實(shí)可行的建設(shè)思路,因此,對(duì)“宜居城市”科學(xué)體系的理論研究,日益成為專家學(xué)者關(guān)注和探討的熱點(diǎn),如何建設(shè)“宜居城市”也成為城市政府和居民密切關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。 首先,本文參閱大量文獻(xiàn)資料,結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外城市建設(shè)的典型實(shí)例,對(duì)宜居城市的概念內(nèi)涵、研究進(jìn)展以及理論基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行了深入的分析,同時(shí),針對(duì)長(zhǎng)春市目前城市發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,從經(jīng)濟(jì)、環(huán)境、資源、社會(huì)等方面入手,對(duì)長(zhǎng)春市建設(shè)宜居城市進(jìn)行了科學(xué)的評(píng)價(jià),總結(jié)出影響宜居城市建設(shè)的六大主導(dǎo)因素,即城市安全、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、生態(tài)環(huán)境、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、文化教育、社會(huì)保障,并闡明目前長(zhǎng)春市宜居城市建設(shè)過(guò)程中存在的主要問(wèn)題:提出加強(qiáng)公共危機(jī)管理、促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、加強(qiáng)城市環(huán)境保護(hù)、加快人居環(huán)境、完善基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、加快軟環(huán)境建設(shè)等路徑。最后提出建設(shè)宜居長(zhǎng)春的路徑和對(duì)策。 本文對(duì)長(zhǎng)春的宜居城市建設(shè)的研究仍屬基礎(chǔ)性研究,需要深入探討的地方還有很多,有待于以后做更進(jìn)一步的努力。
[Abstract]:At present, China has entered a period of rapid development of the city, in this process, the gradual emergence of the city congestion, traffic congestion, environmental pollution, ecological space is tight, the decline in the quality of a series of problems in the city. At the same time, people on the living environment, quality of life, survival state requirements are constantly changing, and on the whole the demand is more and more complicated, the increasingly high demand, which results in more and more people concern about our own living environment and state. How to build our city, is the urgent problem of contemporary people in urgent need of careful consideration. And the construction of livable city, improving people's living environment, reasonable construction of city ecological system, realize the sustainable development of the city undoubtedly, provide a reasonable reference model and construction ideas, practical and feasible to solve the problem of the city, the "livable city" of the scientific system of theory research It is increasingly becoming a hot spot of attention and discussion by experts and scholars. How to build a "livable city" has also become the focus of urban government and residents.
Firstly, in this paper, a large number of literature, combined with a typical example for the construction of the city at home and abroad, the connotation of the concept of livable city, in-depth analysis, research progress and theoretical basis at the same time, in view of the current development status of the city, Changchun from economy, environment, resources, social and other aspects, the scientific evaluation of Changchun city the construction of livable city, summed up the impact of six major factors that the construction of livable city, city safety, economic development, ecological environment, infrastructure construction, culture, education, social security, and expounds the main problems existing in the construction of livable city in the process of Changchun: put forward to strengthen the public crisis management, promote economic development, strengthen the city environmental protection, accelerate the living environment, improve infrastructure, accelerate the construction of soft environment such as path. Finally put forward approaches and Countermeasures to the construction of livable Changchun.
In this paper, the study of Changchun's livable city construction is still a basic research. There are many places to be discussed in depth, and further efforts are needed in the future.
