【摘要】:對于鋼筋混凝土深梁受剪承載力與尺寸效應,已有諸多學者進行過大量的試驗與理論研究,建立并提出多種深梁受剪承載力分析模型。然而由于深梁受剪機理與作用因素比較復雜,目前仍沒有一種被共同認可的分析方法。本文在收集與總結之前各國學者的試驗與理論研究成果的基礎上,通過統(tǒng)計分析的方法,對深梁的抗剪計算與尺寸效應問題進行研究。 本文收集了國內(nèi)外學者的634組鋼筋混凝土深梁抗剪試驗數(shù)據(jù),采用現(xiàn)行美國規(guī)范ACI318M-11中拉壓桿模型與我國規(guī)范GB50010-2010中深受彎構件受剪承載力計算公式進行計算分析對比。通過數(shù)據(jù)庫內(nèi)數(shù)據(jù)的整體分布,分析了深梁受剪承載力尺寸效應,探討了深梁抗剪尺寸效應對我國規(guī)范計算結果的影響,同時類比美國規(guī)范拉壓桿模型計算結果。針對我國規(guī)范深受彎構件受剪承載力計算公式中各影響因素,分析了我國規(guī)范在不同影響因素及其各區(qū)間內(nèi)深梁抗剪設計的安全性與不足,同時對比美國規(guī)范的計算結果?紤]深梁受剪計算的諸多影響因素,對拉壓桿模型中引入了新的混凝土力學模型,并驗證了其適用性。 研究結果表明,鋼筋混凝土深梁受剪承載力存在顯著的尺寸效應,該尺寸效應會導致我國規(guī)范深梁抗剪計算安全性降低,使設計結果趨于不安全;盡管美國規(guī)范拉壓桿模型也會受到深梁抗剪尺寸效應的影響,但其設計結果仍然安全。在不同的影響因素區(qū)間內(nèi),我國規(guī)范的深梁抗剪設計安全性存在顯著差異,同美國規(guī)范相比,我國規(guī)范適用范圍較窄,計算安全性較低。本文對拉壓桿模型改進后的深梁受剪承載力計算結果良好,充分考慮了受壓斷裂能與鋼筋約束對混凝土材料性能的影響。
[Abstract]:For the shear capacity and size effect of reinforced concrete deep beams, many scholars have done a lot of experiments and theoretical research. A variety of shear bearing capacity analysis models of deep beams are established and put forward. However, the shear mechanism and action factors of deep beams are complicated. At present, there is still no commonly accepted analytical method. Based on the collection and summarization of the experimental and theoretical research results of scholars from all over the world before this paper, the shearing calculation and size effect of deep beams are studied by statistical analysis method. In this paper, 634 groups of shear test data of reinforced concrete deep beams from domestic and foreign scholars have been collected. The model of tension and compression bar in current American Code ACI318M-11 is compared with the formula for calculating the shear capacity of deep flexural members in GB50010-2010 code of China. The size effect of shear bearing capacity of deep beam is analyzed through the overall distribution of data in the database. The influence of shear size effect of deep beam on the results of code calculation in China is discussed. At the same time, compared with the calculation results of the model of tensile and compression bar of American code, the factors affecting the shear capacity of deep flexural members in our code are discussed. This paper analyzes the safety and deficiency of the shear design of deep beams in different influencing factors of Chinese codes and the design of deep beams in different sections. At the same time, the calculation results of American code are compared. Many factors affecting the shear calculation of deep beams are considered. A new concrete mechanics model is introduced into the tension and compression bar model, and its applicability is verified. The results show that there is a significant dimension effect on the shear capacity of reinforced concrete deep beams, which will lead to a decrease in the safety of the shear calculation of the deep beams in the code in China and make the design results tend to be unsafe. Although the shear size effect of deep beam is also affected by the tensile and compression bar model of American code, the design results are still safe. There are significant differences in the safety of deep beam shear design in China among different influencing factors. Compared with the American code, the applicable range of our code is narrower and the calculation safety is lower. In this paper, the calculated results of the shear capacity of the deep beam after the improvement of the tension and compression bar model are satisfactory. The effect of compressive fracture energy and rebar confinement on the properties of concrete is considered.
