【摘要】：本研究自行設(shè)計(jì)加工了一套可以實(shí)現(xiàn)位移速率控制的加載裝置,采用TJ-1模擬月壤為地基材料,把著陸器足墊作為基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行了位移速率控制條件下的載荷模型試驗(yàn),并采用了3種不同方法計(jì)算足墊基底的平均應(yīng)力。通過對(duì)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果的分析對(duì)比得出以下主要結(jié)論:足墊的地基承載力和變形模量隨加載速率大致呈線性增加,按足墊與地基的實(shí)際接觸面積計(jì)算的極限承載力稍大于按足墊最大上口面積計(jì)算得到的地基承載力。考慮到安全儲(chǔ)備建議采用按最大上口面積計(jì)算所得地基承載力。足墊基礎(chǔ)下按實(shí)際接觸面積計(jì)算得到的變形模量介于按足墊最小底面和最大上口面面積計(jì)算的結(jié)果之間。
[Abstract]:In this study, a loading device was designed and manufactured to realize the displacement rate control. The load model test under the condition of displacement rate control was carried out by using the TJ-1 simulation lunar soil as the foundation material and the landing pad as the foundation. Three different methods are used to calculate the average stress of the foot cushion. The main conclusions are as follows: the bearing capacity and deformation modulus of the foot pad increase linearly with the loading rate. The ultimate bearing capacity calculated by the actual contact area between the foot pad and the foundation is slightly larger than the foundation bearing capacity calculated by the maximum upper area of the foot pad. Considering the safety reserve, it is suggested that the ultimate bearing capacity of the foundation should be calculated according to the maximum upper area. The deformation modulus calculated by the actual contact area under the foot pad foundation is between the results of the minimum bottom surface and the maximum upper surface area of the foot pad.
