【摘要】:工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展和人類(lèi)的剛性需求及投資需求的發(fā)展,規(guī)模越來(lái)越大,隨之而來(lái)的問(wèn)題是項(xiàng)目復(fù)雜度和難度加大,質(zhì)量要求提高,傳統(tǒng)的管理方法已經(jīng)不能滿(mǎn)足基建工程管理的需求;隨著計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)、信息化技術(shù)的高速發(fā)展,將二者引入建筑工程管理是現(xiàn)代建筑行業(yè)發(fā)展的一種必然趨勢(shì);üこ添(xiàng)目是建筑行業(yè)一種經(jīng)典的業(yè)務(wù)模式,通過(guò)完成既定的工程目標(biāo),來(lái)完成業(yè)務(wù)需求和經(jīng)典服務(wù)。采用建筑工地工程信息管理系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)建筑工地項(xiàng)目工程的管理,不僅能夠出色的完成項(xiàng)目管理,而且能夠提高工作效率,節(jié)約資源,為建筑公司提供功能強(qiáng)大的財(cái)務(wù)核算功能。本文根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)需求,提出了基于C/S架構(gòu)的建筑工地工程信息管理系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)方案,并結(jié)合POS機(jī)系統(tǒng)、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)系統(tǒng)、計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)研發(fā),將系統(tǒng)分為三大模塊,即數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)服務(wù)器系統(tǒng)、客戶(hù)端管理系統(tǒng)和POS機(jī)采集系統(tǒng)。數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)服務(wù)器系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn),采用SQL Server實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的設(shè)計(jì),采用網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信、數(shù)據(jù)封裝、自動(dòng)指令生成實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)服務(wù)器端的設(shè)計(jì)。服務(wù)器端負(fù)責(zé)與客戶(hù)端之間通過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)通信,按需提供收包功能、解包功能、指令解釋功能和發(fā)包功能,保證系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的穩(wěn)定正常運(yùn)行?蛻(hù)端管理系統(tǒng)采用設(shè)計(jì)模式在MFC下實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)架構(gòu),增加軟件重做和撤銷(xiāo)功能,實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控?cái)?shù)據(jù)狀態(tài),所需數(shù)據(jù)采用網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信方式從數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)服務(wù)器獲取。客戶(hù)端主要分為運(yùn)行層模塊、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)訪問(wèn)模塊和通信模塊,三大模塊共同支撐良好人機(jī)交互系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行。POS機(jī)采集系統(tǒng)主要分為管理模塊、采集模塊和通信模塊,采用Linux嵌入式系統(tǒng)下的POS機(jī)界面編程實(shí)現(xiàn)管理模塊;采集模塊采用RFID識(shí)別技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)讀取和采集;通信模塊采用網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信技術(shù)、GPRS無(wú)線通信技術(shù)和文件傳輸技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn),保證數(shù)據(jù)的實(shí)時(shí)性和完整性,確保系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。本文系統(tǒng)根據(jù)建筑工地工程管理流程和業(yè)務(wù)需求,經(jīng)過(guò)較長(zhǎng)時(shí)期的測(cè)試和使用,驗(yàn)證了建筑工地工程信息管理系統(tǒng)的安全性、穩(wěn)定性和可靠性。該系統(tǒng)對(duì)于提高工作效率,減少工程核算中的失誤問(wèn)題起了重要作用。
[Abstract]:The engineering construction project with the development of science and technology development and the human's rigid demand and investment demand, increasingly large scale, the problem is the project complexity and difficulty, improve the quality requirements, the traditional management method has been unable to meet the construction management requirements; with the development of computer technology, the rapid development of information technology, two the construction project management is an inevitable trend of the development of modern construction industry. The construction project is the construction industry a classic business model, through the established goal of the project, to complete the business needs and services. The classic information management system construction engineering construction site project management, not only can be good the completion of the project management, but also can improve the work efficiency, saving resources, provide a powerful financial accounting function for the construction company in this paper. According to the business needs, proposed the implementation scheme of C/S site construction based on information management system, combined with the POS machine system, database system, system research and development of computer network communication technology, the system is divided into three modules, namely the database server system, the client management system and POS database server acquisition system. The system design, using SQL Server database, network communication, data encapsulation, design and implementation of database server. The server is responsible for generating automatic instruction and data communication between the client through the network, on-demand packet receiving function, unpack function, and the function of instruction interpretation function, ensure the stability of the normal operation of the system database the client management system. The system architecture design pattern implementation in MFC software, increase the redo and Undo function, real time monitoring data. State, the data required by network communication and access from the database server. The client is divided into operation module, database module and communication module, running.POS acquisition system of three modules to support the good human-computer interaction system is divided into management module, collection module and communication module, using Linux embedded system POS machine interface programming management module; acquisition module uses RFID technology to realize data acquisition and recognition reading; communication module based on network communication technology, GPRS wireless communication technology and file transmission technology, real-time and data integrity, ensure the stable operation of the system. This system according to the construction site project management processes and business requirements, after test and use a longer period, verify the safety of the information management system of construction project, the stability and reliability of the system. It plays an important role in improving work efficiency and reducing errors in engineering accounting.
