【摘要】：從國內(nèi)研究現(xiàn)狀來看,關(guān)于產(chǎn)業(yè)園項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度的研究文獻(xiàn)相對較少,因此,為彌補(bǔ)相關(guān)研究空白,青島航天電子產(chǎn)業(yè)園項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理研究針對如何加強(qiáng)工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理開展相關(guān)研究。青島航天電子產(chǎn)業(yè)園項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理研究采用理論聯(lián)系實(shí)踐的研究方法,通過深入剖析工程進(jìn)度與工期成本關(guān)系來找到提高工程進(jìn)度管理水平的理論方法,具有很強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)意義。青島航天電子產(chǎn)業(yè)園項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理研究旨在為國內(nèi)房地產(chǎn)工程建設(shè)行業(yè)提供項(xiàng)目管理理論指導(dǎo),切實(shí)提高國內(nèi)企業(yè)實(shí)際項(xiàng)目管理水平,不斷提高房地產(chǎn)建設(shè)領(lǐng)域施工效率和管理質(zhì)量,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)效益和社會綜合效益的共同提升,促進(jìn)國內(nèi)房地產(chǎn)建設(shè)領(lǐng)域乃至整個(gè)施工行業(yè)的健康發(fā)展。青島航天電子產(chǎn)業(yè)園項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理研究選取青島航天電子產(chǎn)業(yè)園項(xiàng)目作為實(shí)證分析對象,通過實(shí)證分析方法,針對當(dāng)前項(xiàng)目開展情況找出影響工程進(jìn)度的主要因素和問題,并深入問題產(chǎn)生的原因,給出有針對性的解決措施和建議,同時(shí)利用項(xiàng)目管理專業(yè)理論,根據(jù)實(shí)際項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),建立一套全新的工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理方法,不斷提高國內(nèi)房地產(chǎn)建設(shè)領(lǐng)域項(xiàng)目管理的靈活性和科學(xué)性,促使施工企業(yè)獲得更高的經(jīng)營效益。青島航天電子產(chǎn)業(yè)園項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理研究深入分析了青島航天電子產(chǎn)業(yè)園項(xiàng)目施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃,針對其存在的一些主要問題例如進(jìn)度目標(biāo)模糊、管理方法僵硬、應(yīng)急措施不合理等,提出了有針對性的解決方案,例如明確項(xiàng)目管理小組工作責(zé)任、搭建項(xiàng)目管理框架、增加柔性應(yīng)對機(jī)制等,并將其用在項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理實(shí)踐當(dāng)中,相信會達(dá)到不錯(cuò)的效果。由于青島航天電子產(chǎn)業(yè)園項(xiàng)目有一定的代表意義,因此青島航天電子產(chǎn)業(yè)園項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理研究在此基礎(chǔ)上形成的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理方法和理論,具有很強(qiáng)的應(yīng)用范圍和可操作性,有助于提升國內(nèi)建筑企業(yè)相關(guān)管理水平。青島航天電子產(chǎn)業(yè)園項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理研究的研究結(jié)論總結(jié)如下：青島航天電子產(chǎn)業(yè)園項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理研究主要對項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的體系編制進(jìn)行分析,對項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度進(jìn)行工作分解,并進(jìn)行計(jì)劃編制的實(shí)施。從系統(tǒng)工程的角度來分析,可以把總系統(tǒng)分解為若干個(gè)子系統(tǒng),而各個(gè)子系統(tǒng)還可以進(jìn)一步分解為多個(gè)二級子系統(tǒng)；每一個(gè)二級子系統(tǒng)還可以進(jìn)一步細(xì)分為多個(gè)三級子系統(tǒng)。在進(jìn)度計(jì)劃編制的基礎(chǔ)上,青島航天電子產(chǎn)業(yè)園項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理研究對其進(jìn)度的控制與保障進(jìn)行分析,主要內(nèi)容包括其進(jìn)度管理的解決對策、進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的編制與實(shí)施、項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的檢查與調(diào)整及跟蹤與計(jì)劃變更。青島航天電子產(chǎn)業(yè)園項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理研究以為解決項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理問題的對策應(yīng)該從采用科學(xué)的方法編制進(jìn)度計(jì)劃、建立明確的工作分解結(jié)構(gòu)和制定工作授權(quán)協(xié)議進(jìn)行著手。青島航天電子產(chǎn)業(yè)園項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的實(shí)施就是施工活動的進(jìn)展,也就是用施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃指導(dǎo)施工活動,落實(shí)和完成計(jì)劃.施工項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃逐步實(shí)施的進(jìn)程就是施工項(xiàng)目建造的逐步完成過程。青島航天電子產(chǎn)業(yè)園項(xiàng)目跟蹤就是產(chǎn)業(yè)園項(xiàng)目的各級管理人員根據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)園項(xiàng)目的規(guī)劃和項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)等對產(chǎn)業(yè)園項(xiàng)目的整個(gè)實(shí)施過程中出現(xiàn)各種不利因素進(jìn)行及時(shí)、準(zhǔn)確、持續(xù)、全面的記錄和報(bào)告的過程。由此可見,跟蹤項(xiàng)目的核心就是要及時(shí)的反映出項(xiàng)目的變化,并能及時(shí)提供相應(yīng)的信息報(bào)告。
[Abstract]:From the domestic research present situation, research literature on Industrial Park project is relatively small, therefore, to make up for the research gap, research on schedule management of Qingdao aerospace electronic industrial park project on how to strengthen project management to carry out related research. Qingdao aerospace electrical sub Industrial Park project schedule management research by theory and Practice research methods, to to find the theoretical method to improve the progress of the project management level through in-depth analysis of relationship between the project schedule and project cost, has very strong practical significance. The research on schedule management of Qingdao aerospace electronic industrial park project aims for the domestic real estate industry construction project management theory, and effectively improve the project management level of domestic enterprises, and constantly improve the construction of real estate the field of construction efficiency and quality of management, so as to realize common economic and social comprehensive benefits To enhance and promote the healthy development of domestic real estate construction and the whole construction industry.
