【摘要】：無(wú)論從重建的內(nèi)容、目的以及產(chǎn)生的問題來看,社區(qū)營(yíng)造都應(yīng)成為大陸農(nóng)村災(zāi)后重建的主要運(yùn)用模式。本文以臺(tái)灣災(zāi)后農(nóng)村的社區(qū)營(yíng)造為研究對(duì)象,分析臺(tái)灣社區(qū)營(yíng)造的發(fā)展與在農(nóng)村災(zāi)后重建中的應(yīng)用。通過對(duì)臺(tái)中埔里桃米社區(qū)營(yíng)造過程分析,以都江堰青江村為例,對(duì)比臺(tái)灣與大陸災(zāi)后社區(qū)營(yíng)造的不同結(jié)果,分析其差異產(chǎn)生的原因以及大陸災(zāi)后重建社區(qū)營(yíng)造應(yīng)用產(chǎn)生的問題;總結(jié)臺(tái)灣桃米社區(qū)營(yíng)造對(duì)我國(guó)災(zāi)后農(nóng)村社區(qū)營(yíng)造在人文地產(chǎn)景五大面向的啟示,其中著重強(qiáng)調(diào)以人為本的災(zāi)后居民精神文明建設(shè)以及環(huán)境、產(chǎn)業(yè)與文化同步發(fā)展的鄉(xiāng)村災(zāi)后體驗(yàn)式旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)模式。
[Abstract]:In terms of the content, purpose and problems of reconstruction, community building should be the main application mode of rural reconstruction in mainland China. This paper takes the post-disaster rural community building in Taiwan as the research object. This paper analyzes the development of community building in Taiwan and its application in the reconstruction of rural areas after disaster. By analyzing the construction process of Taichung Puli Taomi community, taking Qingjiang Village in Dujiangyan as an example, the different results of community building after disaster in Taiwan and mainland China are compared. This paper analyzes the causes of the differences and the problems arising from the construction and application of the post-disaster reconstruction community in the mainland, summarizes the enlightenment of the building of the peach rice community in Taiwan to the five major aspects of the humanistic real estate scene in the construction of the rural community after the disaster in China. Emphasis is placed on the people-oriented construction of spiritual civilization of post-disaster residents as well as the development of environment industry and culture in the rural post-disaster experience tourism industry model.
