【摘要】：項(xiàng)目支付進(jìn)度問(wèn)題是研究為了使一個(gè)項(xiàng)目合作參與的承包方和業(yè)主方的在項(xiàng)目完成后取得最大的盈利,如何在項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行的過(guò)程時(shí)間內(nèi)本著合理合作共贏的理念高效地控制項(xiàng)目活動(dòng)進(jìn)度。因?yàn)槌邪毯蜆I(yè)主在追求各自一方的盈利目標(biāo)時(shí)的心態(tài)想法是不一致的,二者對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)利益追求的偏好傾向也就是不同的,甚至是相對(duì)的,在對(duì)項(xiàng)目活動(dòng)的支付進(jìn)度做出計(jì)劃安排時(shí)要做到體現(xiàn)公平合理的合作理念和態(tài)度就要站到雙方聯(lián)合的角度共同制定項(xiàng)目支付進(jìn)度計(jì)劃。而之前的進(jìn)度計(jì)劃安排關(guān)注的只是一個(gè)沒(méi)有考慮時(shí)間價(jià)值在內(nèi)的財(cái)務(wù)數(shù)字,是一種對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行早期的期望,事實(shí)情況是這樣的,這樣考慮就忽視了其他因素對(duì)進(jìn)度問(wèn)題安排不當(dāng)產(chǎn)生的影響,比如資源配置分布的均衡性因素、項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行過(guò)程中的成本費(fèi)用因素等。項(xiàng)目活動(dòng)支付進(jìn)度不同,就會(huì)產(chǎn)生對(duì)資源需求的不同分布形式,進(jìn)而影響到雙方的成本和利益收入。因此優(yōu)化進(jìn)度時(shí)考慮時(shí)只單純計(jì)量項(xiàng)目上的財(cái)務(wù)靜態(tài)數(shù)字的做法是極為不合理不全面的。本文在對(duì)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行優(yōu)化研究時(shí),綜合考慮了承包商和業(yè)主雙方的考慮資金時(shí)間價(jià)值的財(cái)務(wù)動(dòng)態(tài)收益和資源平衡性對(duì)項(xiàng)目調(diào)度實(shí)施產(chǎn)生的的影響。對(duì)于傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目調(diào)度問(wèn)題中的活動(dòng)執(zhí)行模式單一和考慮因素單一的問(wèn)題,研究了活動(dòng)多模式、資金時(shí)間價(jià)值、資源配置和成本費(fèi)用盡量?jī)?yōu)化等因素下的實(shí)際執(zhí)行情況,組建了針對(duì)以上因素的聯(lián)合優(yōu)化模型,使用了一種有記憶存儲(chǔ)功能的模擬退火算法解決,最后用一個(gè)高速公路的子項(xiàng)目算例對(duì)模型驗(yàn)證。
[Abstract]:The issue of project payment schedule is studied to maximize the profitability of contractors and owners involved in a project after the completion of the project. How to control the progress of project activities efficiently in the process of the project with the idea of reasonable cooperation and win-win, because the mentality of contractor and owner in pursuing each other's profit goal is different. Their preference for the pursuit of economic interests is also different, even relative. In order to reflect the fair and reasonable cooperation idea and attitude, we must work out the project payment progress plan from the joint angle of the two sides when making the plan of the payment progress of the project activity. Just a financial figure that doesn't take into account the value of time, Is an early expectation of a project, and the fact is that this consideration ignores the impact of other factors, such as the balanced distribution of resources, on the poor scheduling of progress issues. The cost and cost factors in the implementation of the project, etc. Different schedule of payment of the project activities will result in different distribution of resource requirements, Therefore, it is extremely unreasonable and not comprehensive to measure only the static financial figures in the project when considering the optimization progress. The influence of the financial dynamic income and the resource balance of both the contractor and the owner on the implementation of the project scheduling is considered comprehensively. For the traditional project scheduling problem, the activity execution mode is single and simple. Consider a single problem, This paper studies the actual implementation under the factors of multi-mode activities, time value of funds, resource allocation and cost cost optimization, and establishes a joint optimization model for the above factors. A simulated annealing algorithm with memory storage function is used to solve the problem. Finally, the model is verified by a subproject of a freeway.
