大底盤(pán)多裙房基礎(chǔ)隔震高層建筑參數(shù)關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:針對(duì)大底盤(pán)多裙房結(jié)構(gòu)體型復(fù)雜龐大、水平及豎向剛度分布不均勻、裙房主塔及隔震層參數(shù)間關(guān)系極大影響隔震體系性能及整體隔震效果問(wèn)題,對(duì)主塔、裙樓層質(zhì)量、層剛度及隔震層剛度等不同參數(shù)變化對(duì)整體隔震效果影響規(guī)律進(jìn)行研究。結(jié)果表明,隔震層與主塔層剛度比N≤1/14、裙房樓層數(shù)與主塔層數(shù)比為1/3~1/1.5、群樓相對(duì)主塔的層剛度比為0.42~1.1、裙房相對(duì)主塔的層質(zhì)量比P≥1.1時(shí)主塔減震效果較優(yōu);采用剛性樓板假定所得減震系數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)上部結(jié)構(gòu)可能會(huì)夸大減震效果。大底盤(pán)須采用彈性樓板假定。該建議可為此類(lèi)結(jié)構(gòu)基礎(chǔ)隔震設(shè)計(jì)提供參考。
