深基坑樁錨支護(hù)優(yōu)化研究及數(shù)值模擬

【摘要】:隨著城市化步伐節(jié)奏加快,城市用地越來越緊張,各類高層建筑及地下工程大量興建,導(dǎo)致深大基坑開挖不斷增多,勢必會對周圍的建(構(gòu))物、地下管線及市政設(shè)施產(chǎn)生影響。為了減小基坑開挖對周邊環(huán)境的影響,必須對基坑進(jìn)行支護(hù)。假若基坑周圍建(構(gòu))筑物要求高、場地地質(zhì)條件復(fù)雜,,則控制基坑的變形和穩(wěn)定變得尤為重要。 本文以濟(jì)南濱河商務(wù)中心深基坑項目為工程背景,以基坑支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)安全等級對基坑穩(wěn)定和變形的要求為基準(zhǔn),結(jié)合基坑周邊環(huán)境和地質(zhì)水文條件,選取樁錨支護(hù)作為基坑支護(hù)類型。基于地質(zhì)條件、水文條件、周邊環(huán)境及施工條件,選取擴(kuò)大頭錨索作為預(yù)應(yīng)力錨索支護(hù)。通過設(shè)計文件、理論分析及數(shù)值模擬以三種工況對基坑支護(hù)進(jìn)行研究,分析了三種工況對土體位移、樁身彎矩、錨索內(nèi)力等方面的影響,確定了樁錨支護(hù)的優(yōu)化模型,即樁與擴(kuò)體錨索(囊式擴(kuò)大頭錨索)聯(lián)合支護(hù)。主要研究內(nèi)容如下: 1、從基本理論出發(fā),對樁錨支護(hù)體系的構(gòu)成、工作原理、計算方法及變形特性進(jìn)行分析,重點分析了擴(kuò)體錨索(囊式擴(kuò)大頭錨索)的基本構(gòu)成、工作原理、計算方法以及適用條件。 2、以濟(jì)南濱河商務(wù)中心深基坑工程為依托,運用FLAC3D有限差分軟件,建立基坑三維數(shù)值模型,模擬了整個基坑開挖過程。 3、運用FLAC3D軟件,分別模擬樁支護(hù)、樁與非擴(kuò)體錨索聯(lián)合支護(hù)、樁與擴(kuò)體錨索聯(lián)合支護(hù)這三種工況,深入分析各工況對土體位移、樁身彎矩以及錨索承載力的影響。最后,綜合各工況對基坑支護(hù)變形和穩(wěn)定的要求,確定最優(yōu)支護(hù)類型,即樁與非擴(kuò)體錨索(囊式擴(kuò)體錨索)支護(hù)。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the pace of urbanization, urban land is becoming more and more tense, a large number of high-rise buildings and underground projects have been built, resulting in the increasing excavation of deep foundation pit, which is bound to be around the construction (structure). In order to reduce the influence of excavation on the surrounding environment, it is necessary to support the foundation pit. If the construction (construction) of the foundation pit is high, the geological conditions of the site are complex. It is very important to control the deformation and stability of foundation pit. This paper takes the deep foundation pit project of Jinan River Commercial Center as the engineering background, taking the requirement of foundation pit stability and deformation for the safety grade of foundation pit support structure as the benchmark, combining with the surrounding environment and geological and hydrological conditions of the foundation pit. Based on the geological conditions, hydrological conditions, surrounding environment and construction conditions, the enlarged head anchor cable is selected as the prestressed anchor cable support. Theoretical analysis and numerical simulation are used to study the foundation pit support under three conditions. The effects of three conditions on soil displacement, pile bending moment, internal force of anchor cable are analyzed, and the optimization model of pile and anchor support is determined. The main contents of the research are as follows: 1. Based on the basic theory, the structure, working principle, calculation method and deformation characteristic of pile anchor support system are analyzed, and the basic composition and working principle of expanded body anchor cable (saccade head anchor cable) are analyzed emphatically. Calculation method and applicable conditions. 2. Based on the deep foundation pit project of Jinan Binhe Commercial Center, the three-dimensional numerical model of foundation pit is established by using FLAC3D software, and the whole excavation process is simulated. 3, using FLAC3D software, respectively simulate the pile support, pile and non-expanded anchor cable combined support, pile and expanded anchor cable combined support, in-depth analysis of the displacement of soil under different conditions. The influence of pile bending moment and anchor cable bearing capacity. Finally, according to the requirements of foundation pit support deformation and stability, the optimal support type is determined, that is, pile and non-expanded anchor cable (capsule expanded anchor cable) support.
