【摘要】：論文首先對揚州居住區(qū)的停車現(xiàn)狀進行調查與研究,研究揚州市居住區(qū)停車空間存在的主要問題,并對其產生的原因進行剖析,綜合對揚州市部分居住小區(qū)對于可停車空間的開發(fā)利用情況的調研結果和數(shù)據分析,再結合國內外居住區(qū)停車配建標準及停車空間設計的實踐經驗,為揚州市居住區(qū)提出具有可操作性的停車問題解決對策。為改善揚州市居住區(qū)環(huán)境,解決居住區(qū)停車問題,并為規(guī)劃部門提供政策法規(guī)方面的幫助與參考。 論文分為四章。第一章為緒論,闡述課題的背景、研究意義、課題內容,以及擬解決的主要問題。第二章先是對居住區(qū)停車問題產生的原因進行分析,然后通過對揚州市居住區(qū)停車現(xiàn)狀和基礎數(shù)據的調查,歸納出揚州居住區(qū)的停車特性,同時,對比分析居住區(qū)幾種常見停車方式,并整理出對居住區(qū)環(huán)境相應的影響,最后對國外居住區(qū)的停車環(huán)境進行介紹。第三章先是舉例介紹了國外及我國臺灣居住區(qū)停車指標體系建立的成功經驗,然后通過對揚州居住區(qū)停車指標存在的問題以及設置依據進行分析,最后,為揚州居住區(qū)停車配建指標體系的合理建立給出改善建議。第四章在靜態(tài)交通規(guī)劃、動態(tài)交通設計方面對揚州市居住區(qū)提出改善建議,并提出多途徑的解決對策。
[Abstract]:First of all, this paper investigates and studies the parking status of Yangzhou residential area, studies the main problems of parking space in Yangzhou residential area, and analyzes the causes of the parking space. This paper synthesizes the research results and data analysis of parking space development and utilization in some residential areas of Yangzhou city, and then combines the standards of parking allocation and the practical experience of parking space design in residential areas at home and abroad. In order to improve the environment of Yangzhou residential area, solve the parking problem of residential area, and provide the help and reference of policies and regulations for the planning department. The thesis is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, the background, research significance, subject content, and the main problems to be solved. The second chapter first analyzes the reasons of residential parking problem. Then through the investigation of the parking status and basic data of Yangzhou residential area, the parking characteristics of Yangzhou residential area are summarized. At the same time, several common parking modes in Yangzhou residential area are compared and analyzed. Finally, it introduces the parking environment of foreign residential areas. The third chapter introduces the successful experiences of the establishment of parking index system in foreign and Taiwan residential areas. Then through the Yangzhou residential area parking indicators and the establishment of the analysis of the basis, finally, for the Yangzhou residential area parking allocation index system reasonable establishment of the improvement recommendations. 4th chapter in static traffic planning. In the aspect of dynamic traffic design, suggestions for improvement of Yangzhou residential area are put forward, and multi-channel solutions are put forward.
