【摘要】:TRD(Trench cutting Re-mixing Deep wall)工法構(gòu)建的等厚度水泥土攪拌墻可內(nèi)插型鋼作為基坑止水和擋土結(jié)構(gòu),在基坑工程實踐中得到了越來越廣泛的應(yīng)用。作為兩種剛度差異較大材料的組合結(jié)構(gòu),TRD工法型鋼水泥土攪拌墻承載變形性狀和作用機理較為復(fù)雜,現(xiàn)階段的工程實踐尚缺乏理論計算的支持。以上海典型軟土地層為背景,采用三維"m"法對型鋼和水泥土的相互作用和承載變形性狀進行了理論分析,主要通過對其變形、彎矩分擔和局部抗剪的規(guī)律研究,對工程設(shè)計中的相關(guān)問題予以明確,并結(jié)合實測工程墻體變形進行了對比。
[Abstract]:The equal thickness cement-soil mixing wall constructed by TRD(Trench cutting Re-mixing Deep wall method can be used as the retaining and retaining structure of foundation pit. It has been widely used in the practice of foundation pit engineering. As two kinds of material with great difference in stiffness, the bearing deformation behavior and the action mechanism of TRD steel cement soil mixing wall are more complicated. Based on the typical soft soil layer in Shanghai, the interaction between section steel and cement soil and the bearing deformation behavior are analyzed theoretically by using 3D "m" method. Based on the study of deformation, bending moment sharing and local shear resistance, the relevant problems in engineering design are clarified and compared with the measured deformation of engineering wall.
