【摘要】:該檢測儀是針對常州維格電子有限公司生產(chǎn)的Weeg-G DTU (Wireless Data Terminal Unit for Gas Meter)產(chǎn)品所專門研發(fā)和設(shè)計出來的一種測試裝置。Weeg-G DTU即燃?xì)庥嬃繜o線數(shù)據(jù)采集單元。它是以工商業(yè)燃?xì)庥嬃抗芾頌槟康牡募嬃績x表的采集、壓力的采集、溫度的采集、泄漏濃度的采集,門禁、閥門或執(zhí)行機構(gòu)狀態(tài)的監(jiān)視和閥門的遠(yuǎn)程控制為一體的無線遠(yuǎn)傳裝置。是一種可安裝于爆炸性氣體危險場所,采集現(xiàn)場儀表數(shù)據(jù)并通過GSM/GPRS或CDMA無線通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)或RS485有限通信方式將數(shù)據(jù)上傳的裝置。通過內(nèi)置的計量數(shù)據(jù)通訊協(xié)議庫,DTU讀取現(xiàn)場流量計量儀表(如電子氣體體積流量修正儀、防爆型一體式氣體渦輪流量計等)或其它儀表(如溫度變送器、壓力變送器、燃?xì)庑孤﹫缶鞯?的數(shù)據(jù),將其轉(zhuǎn)換成標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的MODBUS協(xié)議數(shù)據(jù)格式,并通過相應(yīng)的通訊網(wǎng)絡(luò)上傳至上位監(jiān)控軟件。Weeg-G DTU燃?xì)庥嬃繜o線數(shù)據(jù)采集單元除了接兩臺流量計量儀表、一臺4~20mA模擬量信號儀表、一臺開關(guān)量輸入儀表、一臺開關(guān)量輸出儀表外,配合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)MODBUS擴展模塊,還可同時接四臺或更多流量計量儀表和相關(guān)設(shè)備,由此使得爆炸性氣體危險場所的數(shù)據(jù)采集遠(yuǎn)傳變得更安全、更簡單、更經(jīng)濟。本檢測儀主要是對Weeg-G DTU相關(guān)參數(shù)和性能進行測試,使其達到規(guī)定的技術(shù)要求。其中包含了開關(guān)量輸入的測試、開關(guān)量輸出的測試、模擬量輸入的測試、三種通訊口的測試、DTU工作電壓和溫度的測試。通過計算機軟件采集測試數(shù)據(jù),顯示電壓、電流及溫度的數(shù)值變化曲線,并對數(shù)據(jù)的正確和錯誤進行報警提示。
[Abstract]:This instrument is aimed at Changzhou Ludwig Electronics Company Limited production of Weeg-G DTU (Wireless Data Terminal Unit for Gas Meter) a test device of.Weeg-G DTU products dedicated to R & D and design the gas metering wireless data acquisition unit. It is based on industrial and commercial gas metering management set for the purpose of collecting meter, pressure the acquisition, the acquisition of temperature, leakage concentration collection, access control, wireless remote monitoring and remote control device of valve valve or actuator of the state as a whole. Is a kind of explosive gas can be installed in a dangerous place, collect data and instrument through GSM/GPRS or CDMA wireless communication network or RS485 limited communication mode device data upload. By measuring the data communication protocol library built-in, DTU reads the scene flow measuring instruments (such as electronic gas volume flow rate correction device, a gas explosion proof type The body of turbine flowmeter etc.) or other instruments (such as temperature transmitter, pressure transmitter, gas leakage alarm) data, convert it into MODBUS protocol data format standard, and upload to the computer through the communication network monitoring software.Weeg-G DTU gas metering the corresponding wireless data acquisition unit in addition to pick up two sets of flow meters, a table 4 ~ 20mA analog signal meter, a switch input instrument, a switch output instrument, with the standard MODBUS extension module, also can be connected with four or more flow meter and related equipment, which makes the data acquisition of explosive gases in dangerous places far safer, simpler, more economy. The detector is mainly on Weeg-G DTU related parameters and performance test, to meet technical requirements. Including switch input test, switch output test, Analog input test, three kinds of communication port test, DTU working voltage and temperature test. Through computer software acquisition test data, display voltage, current and temperature numerical change curve, and alarm and correct the data.
