【摘要】:在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化與新型城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程不斷加快的大背景下,區(qū)域一體化建設(shè)已經(jīng)成為我國(guó)未來(lái)發(fā)展的主要增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)和戰(zhàn)略支撐點(diǎn)。廈漳泉大都市區(qū)的同城化腳步自上世紀(jì)80年代就已邁出,現(xiàn)如今,廈漳泉同城化的意義已經(jīng)絕不僅僅局限于三市自身發(fā)展,更是關(guān)乎能否做強(qiáng)福建省、引領(lǐng)海峽西岸經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)、對(duì)接臺(tái)灣地區(qū)乃至完善全國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)空間格局。城際交通作為區(qū)域一體化戰(zhàn)略的重要推動(dòng)力和支撐保障早已成為普遍共識(shí),綜合交通體系的構(gòu)建可以為大都市區(qū)內(nèi)資源的高效整合、區(qū)域一體化進(jìn)程的推進(jìn)提供強(qiáng)有力的支撐。廈漳泉大都市區(qū)的相關(guān)規(guī)劃均有涉及交通一體化建設(shè)問(wèn)題,并作為先決條件予以重視。 本論文將對(duì)所有涉及廈漳泉大都市區(qū)的上位規(guī)劃、總體規(guī)劃以及交通專項(xiàng)規(guī)劃進(jìn)行歸納梳理,并擬以廈漳泉大都市區(qū)的城際交通現(xiàn)狀情景與規(guī)劃目標(biāo)情景分別作為分析研究對(duì)象,采用arcGIS的網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析和空間分析模塊、現(xiàn)狀與規(guī)劃目標(biāo)情景對(duì)比模擬分析、SPSS相關(guān)分析模塊等方法和手段,對(duì)大都市區(qū)的平均交通時(shí)距、縣市間時(shí)距、區(qū)內(nèi)外可達(dá)性、綜合可達(dá)性等時(shí)空壓縮效應(yīng)進(jìn)行描述與分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)廈漳泉大都市區(qū)規(guī)劃目標(biāo)情景經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平狀況、聯(lián)系格局演變帶來(lái)的城鎮(zhèn)規(guī)模等級(jí)變化和中心體系演化、未來(lái)發(fā)展新興增長(zhǎng)極和發(fā)展熱點(diǎn)空間等經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)空間演變進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè),就城際交通演變過(guò)程與規(guī)劃方案對(duì)于廈漳泉大都市區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)空間格局的演變態(tài)勢(shì)進(jìn)行前瞻性、多維度綜合分析,期以能夠?yàn)閺B漳泉大都市區(qū)城際交通規(guī)劃方案以及大都市區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)整體發(fā)展提出一些意見(jiàn)和建議。
[Abstract]:Under the background of economic globalization and the accelerating process of new urbanization. The construction of regional integration has become the main growth point and strategic support point of the future development of our country. The significance of the urbanization of Xia-Zhangquan is not only limited to the development of the three cities themselves, but also related to whether Fujian Province can be strong, leading the economic zone of the West Bank of the Straits. Intercity transportation as an important driving force and support of regional integration strategy has already become a general consensus. The construction of comprehensive transportation system can provide a strong support for the efficient integration of resources and the advancement of regional integration in metropolitan areas. The related planning of Xia-Zhangquan metropolitan area involves the construction of transportation integration. And as a prerequisite to pay attention to. This paper will summarize all the upper planning, master plan and special traffic planning of Xia-Zhangquan metropolitan area. Taking the intercity traffic situation and the planning target scenario as the research objects respectively, the arcGIS network analysis and spatial analysis module are adopted. The methods and means of SPSS correlation analysis module are used to analyze the average traffic time distance, the time interval between counties and cities, and the reachability within and outside the region. On the basis of the description and analysis of space-time compression effect such as accessibility, the level of development of the target scenario economy in Xia-Zhangquan metropolitan planning is described and analyzed. The evolution of urban scale and central system brought by the evolution of the relationship pattern, the future development of emerging growth poles and development hot space and other economic and social space evolution to predict. Based on the intercity traffic evolution process and planning plan, the evolution situation of economic and social spatial pattern in Xia-Zhangquan metropolitan area is analyzed prospectively and comprehensively. Some suggestions and suggestions are put forward for the intercity traffic planning scheme and the overall economic and social development of the metropolitan area in Xia-Zhangquan metropolitan area.
