【摘要】：歐洲具有豐富的世界遺產(chǎn),其世界遺產(chǎn)城市的數(shù)量也是居于世界前列。歐洲對(duì)遺產(chǎn)的保護(hù)和再生方面,從行政管理和法律法規(guī)到理論研究、設(shè)計(jì)方法和技術(shù)手段都具有非常豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn)以及成功的案例。而我國(guó)對(duì)于世界遺產(chǎn)的保護(hù)和再生尚處在起步階段。本文通過(guò)對(duì)歐洲世界遺產(chǎn)城市的整體性再生式保護(hù)的研究,為我國(guó)世界遺產(chǎn)的再生式保護(hù)提供措施和對(duì)策。 本文首先對(duì)世界遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)和再生的相關(guān)章程進(jìn)行闡述,然后對(duì)歐洲遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)和再生的發(fā)展歷程,以及歐洲遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)和再生的方法進(jìn)行研究。其次,主要通過(guò)在歐洲世界遺產(chǎn)城市保護(hù)和再生具有領(lǐng)先地位的法國(guó)、意大利、德國(guó)和西班牙四國(guó)分別進(jìn)行理論闡述和具體案例研究,以及歐洲其他國(guó)家的案例進(jìn)行研究。再次,通過(guò)以上相關(guān)理論和案例研究,得出歐洲世遺城市的現(xiàn)代再生式保護(hù)發(fā)展方式。新建筑介入的方式分為群體介入和單體介入,群體以協(xié)調(diào)為主,而單體可以以協(xié)調(diào)和對(duì)比相結(jié)合的方法。對(duì)于整體重建的方式,根據(jù)不同的歷史環(huán)境背景,分為復(fù)原方式和重新設(shè)計(jì)方式。對(duì)于單體建筑的保護(hù)和再生,可以采取保留維修、內(nèi)部改造和改擴(kuò)建的方式。另外,本文對(duì)世遺城市的再生改造進(jìn)行了部分技術(shù)方法探索,包括整體的道路交通、市政管網(wǎng)等方面的改造,以及單體建筑的水平垂直空間、采光通風(fēng)和消防的改造。 最后,對(duì)我國(guó)世界遺產(chǎn)城市的保護(hù)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行描述,提出我國(guó)在對(duì)世遺城市的保護(hù)和再生中存在的問(wèn)題,闡述解決這些問(wèn)題的相應(yīng)措施和對(duì)策。我國(guó)的世界遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)要轉(zhuǎn)變觀念和加強(qiáng)管理來(lái)留住當(dāng)?shù)鼐用?并通過(guò)立法對(duì)世界遺產(chǎn)進(jìn)行保護(hù),并涉及遺產(chǎn)再生的相關(guān)內(nèi)容,同時(shí)重視遺產(chǎn)再生的必要性。由此,才能使世界遺產(chǎn)城市走向良性循環(huán)的發(fā)展道路。
[Abstract]:Europe has a rich world heritage, the number of world heritage city is living in the world. The protection of heritage and regeneration, from the administrative laws and regulations to theoretical research, design methods and technical means have very rich experience and successful cases. And our country for the protection of world heritage and regeneration is in the initial stage. Through the comprehensive study of the European World Heritage City of regenerative protection, provide measures and Countermeasures for regenerative protection of world heritage.
Firstly, the articles of association of the world heritage protection and regeneration are expounded, then the course of development of European heritage protection and regeneration, and research method of European heritage protection and regeneration. Secondly, mainly through the European world heritage city protection and regeneration have a leading position in France, Italy, Germany and Spain were four theory elaborate and specific case studies, and case study in other European countries. Thirdly, through the above theory and case studies, and concludes that the modern regenerative protection of European world heritage city development. The new building is divided into the intervention group and intervention group monomer intervention, a coordination method, and the monomer can be combined to coordinate and contrast. The overall reconstruction, according to the different historical backgrounds, divided into recovery mode and re design for a single building. The protection and regeneration of the building, can take to keep the maintenance, renovation and expansion of the internal way. In addition, the exploration of the methods in this paper to regenerate the world heritage city, including the overall road traffic, the transformation of municipal pipelines and other aspects, and the level of vertical space of single building, renovation of lighting and ventilation and fire control.
Finally, the protection situation of the world heritage city in China is described, proposed that our country exists in the protection of the world heritage city and regeneration problems, expounds the corresponding measures and Countermeasures to solve these problems. The protection of World Heritage in China should change the concept and strengthening management to retain local residents, and through legislation to protect the world heritage, heritage and related content of regeneration, while focusing on the necessity of heritage regeneration. Therefore, the development of the road to make the world heritage city of virtuous cycle.
